A tribute to Jason Allen Wick as we go into the NFC Championship game. Chris and Dave have differing opinions on the Packer defense, and their thoughts on facing Tampa Bay, whose own defense may be a better matchup against the Packers than meets the eye. Dave is scared and Chris is cautiously optimistic, which is par for the course. The Packers are in the big game before the big game, and not many others can say the same. At the end of the day, it's a top four showing, and a worthy one at that. Strap in and enjoy a hopefully competitive, yet victorious, game at home.

Posting its first show in 2005, Packers Therapy is the longest-running Packers podcast on the Internet. Hosts Chris and Dave began the show as a way of capturing the spirited chats the two co-workers had about the team around the office. The two have no pretense about being experts: they are just two opinionated shareholders who love the team, follow it closely, but don’t always see the Packers fortunes eye to eye.
The guys encourage comments and questions via their Twitter feed @PackersTherapy or email to [email protected] and read and respond to as many as they can during each show.

Chris Lempesis is back to break down Green Bay's 32-18 victory over the Los Angeles Rams in Saturday's NFC Divisional Round playoff game at Lambeau Field. He couldn't be happier about the performance turned in by Green Bay's offensive line and running backs. However, the Packers left points on the table, at times in troubling fashion, and he talks about that, as well. He takes questions submitted via Twitter and email and also looks ahead to Sunday's NFCCG rematch with Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

It's playoff football, and there's no better place than Titletown, and no better place to get pumped for the game than with your friends at Cheesehead Radio!

The weaklings in the NFC have all been culled, only the four juggernauts remain! The Rams' #1 scoring defense now has to travel across the country to face off in the Frozen Tundra of Lambeau Field against Aaron Rodgers and the #1 scoring offense. The Packers' defense will need to step up once again and hold a questionable Rams offense at bay and keep this a manageable game.
Gil and J.J. break down the Rams' tendencies and weaknesses both offensively and defensively and lay out a framework for winning this game. But the big question of the day is whether Special Teams will hamstring the Packers... And finally, the guys make their case for defensive MVP of the Packers' 2020 season! Listen to their debate, then vote on the winner: https://www.twitter.com/jjlahey

A bye week episode, what more could you ask for? The Packers sit on the couch to watch the game, alongside Chris and Dave as they analyze the competition the Packers face in their first postseason game. In a strange twist, Chris seems more optimistic than Dave (albeit cautionary) about the matchup against the Rams. Understandably gun shy from the Packers last playoff game, there seems to be a little more to be excited about... knock on wood. Either way, it seems the big game was already won... in the hearts of Browns fans.

The #1 seed was in the cards for the Packers after all as they closed out their regular season with a convincing win at Soldier Field and earned home field advantage at Lambeau through the playoffs. J.J. and Gil take a look at one way you can actually measure that advantage over warm weather teams!
As LaFleur gives his guys a break, our guys break down the matchups for you featuring the four teams that could be coming to Lambeau next week. They also revisit their debates over the regular season to see how their predictions have aged!

The road to the Superbowl officially drives through Lambeau, as the Packers are the NFC #1 seed going into the playoffs. Chris and Dave discuss how this year feels a little different, and definitely better, albeit with the same regular season record. They also talk MVS's 50/50 catch game and whether or not he should be trusted, not just this year, but years to come. It is also starting to seem that Matt Lafluer's software has been installed successfully.

The Green Bay Packers wrap up the #1 seed in the NFC playoffs and a first-round bye with a win over the Chicago Bears, and there is much frivolity to be had on this week's Cheesehead Radio. We may not be done yet, but there is a lot of celebrate with this franchise right now. It's a great time to be a Packers fan!
In our new "four-quarter format", tune in as the gang talks you through their thoughts on:

Chris Lempesis is back to break down Green Bay's 35-16 win over the hated Chicago Bears on Sunday at Soldier Field, a win that gives the Packers the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs and the conference's only bye. He flips the script for this episode, letting his fellow Packers fans (through questions and comments submitted via Twitter and email) basically co-write the show with him. He also tells you where the Packers stand right now and why they have to make this year fully count.

The Bears in Week 17 are a different animal than they were in Week 12. J.J. and Gil break down for you what's changed offensively and why the Monsters of the Midway have finally awoken. Without question, this is the best matchup between Green Bay and Chicago in many years, and there's a lot at stake for both teams!
Gil shares some milestones the Packers could hit this week, and we also pick our most improved players of the year; give it a listen, then head to Twitter and vote in the pinned poll this week to pick a winner: https://www.twitter.com/jjlahey
