Jodie is our Pittsburgh newest Bikini Pro. She works with team atlas working towards a pro debut and glute improvements! Her goals are to maybe someday open a gym in her next journey to another state.  She speaks about her bodybuilding career in 2020 with COVID, CRAZY TIMES! she tells us her mistakes and what she learned along the way. Hoping to help others with her passion of fitness and competing!

John talks about his show history from starting in OCB Physique to working toward Classic in the NPC. John is a National level competitor and also did the amateur Olympia show. John continues to improve working towards his Pro Card. He talks about proper nutrition and sleep to grow muscle optimally. He works long hours at his job how it can be a struggle to prep during certain times of the year. How he manages and his experience.

Pia is an IFBB Figure Pro who won her pro card in 2020 at Team Universe. She shares her very inspiring story about her dreams of becoming a bodybuilder. When she started to compete in 2018 she had some traumatic experiences that she over came. Through positivity she grew and continued working towards her goals. She hit big stages like the Arnold and North Americans always placing above top 4. Her pro debut was at the 2021 Pittsburgh Pro. She now is in an off season and busy with life but making plans to hit the Pro stage again next year. Pia wants to make it to the Olympia stage.

Justine is a IFBB physique Pro who won her status at the 2019 Jr. USA's. She took a long off season to growth, improve and fix some health issues. She is also a lifestyle/pre coach and dance instructor. She owns her own Gym and dance studio business. Staying very busy during her prep, Justine is competing in her Pro Debut this year in Texas. We look forward to her Star Wars theme routine just as she did at her Pittsburgh Championship 2019 showing.

Coryne is an NPC Figure and Physique competitor at the national level working her a pro card win with FitBodyfusion. She is a Prep coach also who works with other girls on their goals. D'rae is a CSCS/CPT & Doctorate Student and (NPC Wellness & Bikini) Show Prep Coach. He joins the podcast to discuss training, his pre clients and future of wellness. Heather is an IFBB Figure Pro making her way back to the stage 2021 after a 2 year break. She last competed in 2018 in the Olympia, Arnold and Kentucky Muscle. She took some time off for personal reasons but then shifted goals back to the stage. She talks about her show history and her lifestyle that made prep so smooth.  Looking forward to seeing her soon on the Pittsburgh Pro Stage.

Chelsea is a young amateur Figure computer who started her Bodybuilding career in 2020. She competed in 2 shows and talks about the struggles she over came during COVID lockdown. She pushed through and ended up on stage being the winner of an overall at her first ever show. She then went into her first national level show at North Americans in Pittsburgh. She took a short off season to improve her shoulders and back width but now in prep again for 2021 shows.

Gabby is a NPC Competitor who started her joinery in 2019. She started off in Bikini late fall before Wellness was announced. At the show, Judges advised her to move out of Bikini and try both figure and wellness. She gives first time competitor tips for those looking to try Wellness. Gabby has future plans for 2021 after a beneficial improvement season given the feedback from her last show. She was crowned the first Wellness overall winner in Ohio for 2020!

Nikki is an NPC Bikini Competitor and promoter. Her and Gary Udit have a BRAND NEW show planned this year in Lancaster, PA. She talks about how she worked toward having a show after Covid, how she handles school, spray tanning shows and everyday life. She has been competing since 2016 and talks about the highlights and struggles but at the end of the day preaches how much she loves the sport. Fun backstage stories while she is tanning and how getting involved can be so much fun.
