Alicia is a Canadian IFBB figure Pro who comes to the show to talk about her training tips for amazing pumpkin delts, Prep struggles during 2020 and the current Lockdown. She does a lot with youtube vlogging and modeling gigs for magazine covers and calendars. She give tips on branding yourself and reaching out for promotions and free products. Alicia had her Pro duet in 2019 in Toronto but plans to compete again with her new coach Nelson.

Arianna is a newly crowned IFBB figure Pro who competed in two shows last year earning her pro card at USAs in Orlando. While taking 2019 off to focus on her health and grow for 2020, She talks about the importance of keeping your hormone in check by getting regular blood test done. While facing some struggles and hardship during 2020 she tells how with her support of her husband and respect coach she finished the year off strong. Now in 2021 she plans to take an improvement season before her pro debut.

Rebecca is the owner of BBCUSTOM SUITS. A Pittsburgh based suit and costume design shop. Rebecca was a previous NPC Bikini competitor who found passion with being "behind the scenes". She started out making her own suit at her first show to now having many clients even top athletes on the Olympia stage.  She enjoys the artwork she creates for people so they can feel their best and shine on show day. Stephanie is a IFBB physique Pro who had competed last in 2019 in two pro shows. She has been a competitor since 2012 where she started in figure to physique. She also started competing in powerlifting during 2020 after hitting some rough patches. She overcame and improved turning negatives into positives. She find herself in a good headspace to prep for 2021 bring her best and a new look to the stage.

She is skilled and certified in wellness and nutrition. Aubrey also won her Pro status in Fitness America in 2015 with a perfect score in her performance. She runs her own business, studio and classes all while being a dedicated and loving Mother/Wife. Also, we talk about her past 2020 year competing back in the OCB after a couple years off and her plans to continue.
