Chelsea is a Bikini competitor and Powerlifter who spent most of 2020 in an off season. She talks about her job as a flight attendant and prep tips and trick for when traveling. 2020 has been a rough year for everyone but Chelsea stays positive and motivated on her goals. Matt talks about his recent OVERALL win at the OKC Grand Prix show in Men's Classic. This was Matt's second show ever where he made tons of progress over the past year including a new coach after his move across the country, More leg day training splits and Waist Training. He talks about the importance of posing and massages leading up to a show. Matt is now National qualified but planning to do an off season before hitting the stage again.

Heather talks with us about her show history as a Woman's Heavyweight Bodybuilder. She has been a competitor for many years while also being a full time working, single Mother of two. She also has online clients she work for both Lifestyle and Prep. She motivates us by showing anything is possible with time management and planning ahead. Heather works for a skin care company, ZO Skin care. She give us tips and product advice for keeping clear, healthy skin.

Alexis talks about her recent competitions during 2020 and the level of expectations as a IFBB Pro. She turned pro in figure at the 2017 North Americans.She also made it to the Olympia stage in 2018. After taking a break from WPD she has decided to retire the heels and continue as a physique competitor.

Stephanie talks about prepping during quarantine and switching from the figure division to wellness. She has been in prep since February 2020 and recently hit two shows this year winning 1st place at both. Next show coming up is for nationals in November where she hopes to win her Pro card in wellness. Stephanie is also a coach and give helpful tips on mindful eating habits.
