I’m so excited to share this interview with Amy Lang. Amy and I met in Tracy Goodwin’s Captivate the Room Mastermind. Let me share more about her: Amy Lang, host of the Happy & Healthy with Amy podcast and founder of Moxie Club, coaches women on how to achieve lasting weight loss and create deep health.
Prior to starting Moxie Club, Amy worked with thousands of clients over 15+ years as the owner of Pacific Heights Health Club in San Francisco. She knows what works and what doesn’t work when it comes to motivation and creating healthy habits, and she loves empowering women so they can live the life of their dreams.

Please note: this episode contains explicit language. Liz Applegate helps “too much” women entrepreneurs break the good girl rules to stop playing small. She works on building their businesses, increasing visibility & self-expression, while growing confidence & self-trust. Liz is the podcast host of Midlife Schmidlife and was one of my distinguished speakers in season 1 of my signature summit, From Employee to Creative Entrepreneur. I love Liz’s energy, and I think you’ll get a kick out of our entrepreneur real talk about what it’s like to be your own boss.

Have you heard of biofeedback? Ever thought about incorporating it in your self-care practice? If you said yes, you definitely want to hear my conversation with Ellen Stern Kutza. Ellen is another extraordinary woman I had the privilege interviewing for my book. She’s a certified stress reduction specialist since 2005, started her journey into alternative healing after getting hit in the head with a golf ball causing brain trauma in 1997. She shifted her lifestyle to eating organically, juicing wheatgrass daily, exercising, and using biofeedback for a full recovery. The opportunity of healing herself led to her understanding of the power of retraining the brain.

Emily Harman and I met through podcaster Cathy Heller’s Don’t Keep Your Day Job community. Emily is one of the inspiring women I interviewed in my book, Painting Your Path. Emily served her country for 34 years as both a Naval Officer and civilian federal employee. She has extensive experience as a contracting officer and small business professional, retiring as a member of the Senior Executive Service and Director of the Department of the Navy's Office of Small Business Programs in May 2019. Now, as a Certified Professional Coach, Emily helps her clients transform their dreams into reality so they can create a life they love while achieving new heights of authentic success. She’s also the podcast host of the Onward podcast. If you’ve ever asked, what’s next after retirement, you will love my conversation with Emily!

The next few episodes are interviews with women I featured in my book Painting Your Path. I thought it would be fun to catch up with these extraordinary ladies! I cannot believe 2 years have passed since I published the book.
First in this series is Lisa Steinkamp. Lisa spent a career in the corporate world of marketing and worked on some great brands including Disney, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Baskin-Robbins. But she always knew she wanted to create something on her own, and she did! Hear how she did it. If you’ve ever struggled with making decisions and perfectionism, this episode is for you!
