On today's edition of the Locked On FLORIDA Panthers Podcast, Armando Velez(@Mandoman12) brought in Eddie Garcia(@eddieonfox) of Locked On LA Kings to break down the Panthers 2-1 loss to the Los Angeles Kings. The Kings were in control in the first period where the Panthers got into early penalty trouble, but once again, staying out of the box the rest of the game gave them an opportunity to play a tight hockey game. The Panthers prevented the Kings from getting to the dirty area in the first 40 minutes. Although the Panthers broke their four-game drought of not scoring on the power play, it was the only scoring that they got on the night against the NHL's best defensive team. LA controlled the play having 13 straight shots on goal, which ended up in two goals to completely flip the game and give the Panthers their fifth straight loss in Los Angeles. The two give their standouts on Wednesday night, the moment where they knew the game was decided, and also give the latest news of a defenseman from each team closer to making their returns to their respective lineups.
