Radio, we talk with award-winning paranormal writer Brad Steiger. For five decades, Brad has been devoted to exploring and examining unusual, hidden, secret, and

otherwise strange occurrences. A former high school teacher and college

instructor, Brad published his first articles on the unexplained in 1956. Since

then he has written more than 2,000 articles with paranormal themes. He

is author or coauthor of more than 176 titles, including Real Ghosts,

Restless Spirits, and Haunted Places, and Mysteries of Time and Space. Brad often coauthors books with his wife, Sherry Hansen Steiger. For

over 45 years, Sherry has actively studied the mysteries

of the paranormal, as well as the dynamic interaction between the body, mind,

and spirit and the effects of environment and technology on health and

wellness. Sherry has served as writer and creative director for advertising

agencies and addressed audiences and corporate groups in stress management from

coast to coast. In the 1970s she formed a nonprofit holistic research and

education school, and in the 1980s she served as public relations director for

astronomer Dr. J. Allen Hynek in the Phoenix branch of the Center for UFO

Research. She has authored or coauthored more than 44 books, including

the best-selling “Miracles” series. Together, the Steigers have researched

mysteries and miracles throughout the globe and lectured and conducted

workshops for over twenty years. They have been interviewed on many national

radio programs and have guested on such television programs as The Joan

Rivers Show, Hard Copy, Inside Edition, and Entertainment Tonight, as

well as appearing in specials on HBO, The Learning Channel, Discovery, History,

and A&E channels, among others. They were also featured in twenty-two

episodes of the syndicated series Could It Be a Miracle? Between them,

Sherry and Brad have two sons, three daughters, and ten grandchildren. Their

most recent book was released on October 1, 2013: Real Encounters, Different
