Tess received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado in Boulder and her Juris Doctor from New England Law, Boston. While in law school, Tess was the recipient of the Sandra Day O’Connor Merit Scholarship and graduated magna cum laude.
Tess’ past practice has included work with the United Nations High Commission for Refugees, the Executive Office for Immigration Review and Catholic Charities of Boston. She has focused on the representation of victims of domestic violence, human trafficking and child abandonment, abuse, and neglect, as well as family-based adjustment of status and foreign consular processing. Tess is passionate about the protection and advancement of immigrant rights and is looking forward to serving the Connecticut immigrant community.
