Sara talks about her visit to Columbus, Ohio, where she knows several families who know the devastation of losing their child to a deadly dose of fentanyl. She explains that many of these teenagers and young adults were not addicts but took what they thought was a harmless prescription drug to stay awake or help them sleep. And she says far too many parents do not understand that the drug cartels are spreading this poison in your own community.

Sara also takes aim at progressives for facilitating huge spikes in crime in our major cities by demanding the defunding of police, refusing to prosecute certain crimes, and other reasons. She also has some choice words for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who insists she has no idea why crime is rampant these days.
