We are told the blessing that will be given to us if we observe the Torah. We are also told what will happen if we don't follow Hashem commandments.
However, because Hashem made a covenant with our forefathers Avraham, Yitzchak, and Yaakov, he will never destroy us no matter how far we go from him.
We learn the mindset needed when observing Mitzvah's.
