This is Part 2 of a two-part interview with Denise Winters.
Denise Winters is a brave survivor who escaped the Serial Killer known as the Milwaukee North Side Strangler.
Like the victims before and after her, she felt unheard and disregarded by law enforcement, often treated as if she was invisible, and her credibility was doubted. She has shared her real-life experiences, including struggles with addiction, to offer encouragement and hope that healing and growth are possible, even after difficult experiences. Anyone can be redeemed, no matter what life brings.
