Neil has lead the creation of a large number of successful military intelligence and commercial systems, this includes the US Blue Force tracker, Neil, has had a number of advances in consumer electronics and health care, a number of patents. Neil also has a number of wards including the US National Academy of Engineering and a Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors. And finally an author of Engineering Project Management.
