I insist you set aside churlish pomposity and sanctimony and approve this list of deserving people quickly. Everyone already knows they will be carrying forth the policies of the president. To make an issue of that would make anyone who does look stupid.

We put up with it again and again and again…

I don’t know about you, but I have not made it my life’s ambition to be TOLERATED. Tolerance of people and ideas is an insult. One accepts something or rejects it. If you find something objectionable, for example the Dark Ages practice of a religion which had been totally co-opted from two other religions (one of those having been grafted onto another), then you don’t enhance any discourse by “tolerating” the nonsense.

“Tolerance” of an argument that you reject is condescending. “Tolerance” of statements you find hateful is self-destructive, and not a little cowardly.

If you wish to conjure the result of mass “tolerance”, especially considering today’s subject, look no further than what is left of the once great United Kingdom. England teeters on the edge of oblivion thanks to their tolerance of that which is truly objectionable in any civilized society. Their government and police apperatus are now devoid of dignity and scuples, utterly emasculated. I don’t see a path back shy of a Trump-like revival of Western tradition and INTOLERANCE of mass antisocial behavior. That such behavior uses “religion” as an excuse should never be a factor in crushing it. And it all better happen right soon!

Christianity and Judaism are now 99.99% mainstream. Very docile in a social sense. I don’t know too may Methodists who advocate blowing oneself up with an explosive vest to bring only the best hymns to the masses. Extreme Judaism is usually a punchline in any community where they may even exist - all pretty damned rare.

The militant crazies in those religions have long since hung up their spurs. The tiny specks of crazy that exist under those banners don’t represent an appreciable threat to anyone.

But this is not so for Islam. Founded by the Merchant Muhammad, very near the silk road, after seeing how profitable it was to be at the top of a socio-spiritual movement, that group has from then until now had substantial elements in powerful positions, who think like Muhammad: Convert them or kill them. The examples are constant and frequent.

There are mass movements across the globe dedicated to killing those who reject Islam for any reason. There are governments, like Iran and the House of Saud, that are based on these lunatic practices.

Some will see these words and feign shock. But you know it’s true. We all do. We see it play out several times every month in places that range from uncivilized shitholes like Gaza to major western cities who should know better than to welcome this kind of thing into their midst.

And yet, welcome they do, and we are told to “tolerate” this insanity. Why?

The latest iteration of this, of course, is the Bourbon Street, New Year’s rampage by the latest martyr of the “religion of peace”. Once again, these cretins have marred an event of joy and killed people from whom they can legitimately claim absolutely no offense. We often hear made up nonsense offense. These people are sinners. These celebrations are not “halal”. To which the only civilized response would be tough shit, Helen. Mind your own business.

We are rapidly learning about the New Orleans jackass. He is an American. He’s ex-Army. He was radicalized here. I can’t wait to hear how long he’s been on the FBI’s radar. I also can’t wait to hear what local bomb factory he prayed in every week and what the local imam preached there.

I look forward to hearing how thoroughly the FBI has destroyed the network that created and supported this piece of shit. I am anxious to hear how many have been thrown in prison or, where appropriate, summarily deported.

What I suspect we’ll get is a boatload of excuses for doing little, if any of that.

Stop “tolerating”!

We are long past the time when we should be sending a message of utter rejection and resentment to violent stupidity we see on constant display in support of a religion.

Full disclosure, I can be accurately seen as less “tolerant” than many in that I see ALL religion as business. Some religions are more organized than others, some more profitable. But all are a business proposition for the purveryors. So I have no skin in the game of ranking one group over another. My only concern here is animal-like behavior in the name of one of the businesses.

There are those who like to point out that we are only 1300 years into Islam. When Christianity was 1400 years old we were still throwing suspected witches into the river tied to a stone. If they drowned, that was a sign of inocence.

Numerically, there is truth in this. But we have had an age of enlightmemnt and an information age during the intervening years. The pace of civilization and learning has been amazing. Those who send out the suicide bombers and bomb makers know what you and I know. They know there is no redemption for the rubes they send forth. But there is status to be had among the gullible, and money to be made.

Start rejecting today!

So, starting on the evening of 1 January 2025, when you hear the chattering class admonishing you to be tolerant of the concepts behind the attacks, blow raspberries. Stop being or enabling cowards. Take a stand against the uncivilized, backward, violent parts of our society and under no circumstances should you give the least respect to the henious acts they carry out or the people that make excuses for those acts.

The watch words for violent Islamic fundalism are Rejection, Disrespect, Anger and Contempt.

A quick update

When it comes to a CR, Linsday Graham is part of the problem. He is trading principals for expediency. As you’ll see below, that is why our national legislature is such a pathetic circus.

The vote for the truncated CR is tonight.

If it doesn’t fly the whiney Left can’t blame the GOP this time. They’ll try of course. But they’ll be lying. Nothing new. Especially for that dull-eyed moron, Hakeem Jeffries. The shut down will be on HIM.``

The failed CR.

I’m skimming through the circle jerk, known as the Continuing Resolution for FY-2025. This is one disgusting piece of work. It is packed with crony money and earmarks that are of no value to the American People writ large.

Common through the entire document is the phrase “Provided further, That such amount is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement…”. We seem to have a lot of emergencies right now. Just from my reading so far about 80% of what congress does seems to be in response to emergencies.

They are not emergencies, of course. That’s just a fake designation Congress will use to “justify” spending reams of money. But if they were real emergencies, that would be an even greater indictment. Any organization inundated by this many “emergencies” ought not be in business.

This is what happens when you keep voting in the same pack of jackasses to congress each election without knowing what the hell they are doing to you. I’ll say it again: THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU!

I have been searching for a summary of the CR which lists all the individual appropriations in the bill. So far, no luck. But we do know a few of them, and I’ll get to that.

But the most important take away for us is the way it’s being sold to us.

Look! It’s got money for flood victims in North Carolina! If you don’t vote for it, you don’t want to help those people.

AND

Look! It’s got money for the DoD in it! If you don’t vote for it, you want Putin to invade the United States!

For those who aren’t paying attention, that’s called extortion. And it is motus operandi for Congress. They are constantly loading up bills containing popular line items with hundreds of billions of extraneous bullshit. This is usually done to extort a signature from the president or to coerce cowards in an opposing party to vote for the bullshit.

Example: Politicians promise to fund the Coolest Program Ever (CPE)! The bill is drafted and it is combined with the Stupidest Idea in History (SIH). Then 400 of the 435 knuckleheads pack in pet projects for cronies, donors and local constituents. The other 35 are back-benchers or honest people so their shit doesn’t make it in the final cut.

If anybody votes against the SIH, or against the greasy pork, they are accused of denying the American people of the CPE?! How horrible do you have to be to vote against Cool Shit for the American People!?!?!

To give you an idea of how thick the bullshit is (that’s things you shouldn’t be paying for - EVER) the original CR was about 80 pages long. The one they just set aside is 1547 pages long. That’s about 1400 pages of extraneous bullshit.

And this is how they spend your money all year, every year - every time they appropriate.

And so it was this week. At the moment the CR appears to have failed, but they can resurrect it any time they want. I saw a quote from Speaker Johnson saying he might be forced to come up with a clean CR. Well, DUH! Would ya think?!?!

In this pig was:

* Money for a gay old folks home. Where’s my straight old folks home.

* $3B for a stadium. Will all American be able to go there for free any time they want?

* Money for lithium batteries. If it wasn’t for the government giving away YOUR money every year, there would be no electric cars on the road. You’ve been dinged for every last one of them.

* Tommy Tuberville is telling us that we will lose 50k farms this year if we don’t get a CR through. He says we lost 150k in the last four years. I don’t believe either number. But tell me this, Tommy, how many of those farms are growing food that will go into our gas tanks (ethanol)? They can forgo the subsidy and grow regular food…that we eat. I don’t think the demand for that is slipping.

I’ll never dig them all out in time for this podcast, but you know they are there. For FY 24 Citizens Against Government Waste listed, in “The 2024 Congressional Pig Book 8,222 such earmarks. You can be certain many of them were in the CR.

I don’t know how much it cost, but adults spent countless hours preparing linguistic nonsense to be included in the CR. For example, the bill wanted unemployed dropouts to be officially referred to as “opportunity youth”. A criminal was to henceforth be known as a “justice-involved person”. Seriously? If you don’t have a home, these language idiots want to call you an “individual experiencing homelessness". In some places the trendy term is “unhoused”. I’m sure some guy sleeping on a steam vent would appreciate the wasted energy on that one.

These bits of wit make their way into government parlance because some non-essential pantload in the bowels of the bureaucracy assembles a team to spend inordinate amounts of time (and therefore, your tax dollars) playing with words. The team holds meetings and sets milestones. They seek out common terms, make remarkably stupid changes, like “justice-involved person” and then spend the next year or so producing a 50 page report outlining the brilliance behind it all.

When constructing a bill, the poor bastard writing it says, “Well, we paid for this ‘justice-involved’ shit. We might as well use it.”

Besides being vastly overpaid, the pantloads reward is their new terminology being included in abortions like the recent CR proposal. The pantload has nailed his name in the pages of history. Yeah, the experiencing homeless thing? Yeah, that was me. It’s like Clark Griswold and his non-nutritive cereal varnish. It’s non-osmotic.

There are silly strike and replace entries all over this document. If it passed, or if any of it goes through, some goof ball is going to have to go through all the records and paste “individual facing homelessness” and “jusice involved persons”.

The common evolution of language is to be for concise and easily communicated. Who is helped by these stupid word games?

The Musk Factor

I am hearing talking heads especially Lefties getting the vapors because Elon Musk was involved in the “negotiations” over this bill. I know why the Lefties are getting loose stools about that. But, I have a problem with it for reason those same Lefties couldn’t possible grasp. And this is an old saw at the P4B.

Some decades ago, about the time School House Rock was teaching little kids valid civics lessons, DC politicians in both parties and in the Legislative and Executive branch completely forgot their civics lessons.

There is no guidance in the Constitution that says the White House and Congressional Leadership will “negotiate” what is to become legislation. There is no guidance in the constitution that says the whatever garbage these elites come away with will then be voted up or down by people who haven’t had the time to read or debate it.

In order to get our country back the following MUST happen. And you the voter, through emails, phone calls but especially SNAIL MAIL, must insist on it. All spending MUST originate in the House of Representatives. There will be no “negotiating” with outside parties the contents of the bill. Outside parties are here defined as the Senate or the Executive Branch.

The Senate then considers the bill. THEY TOO allow real time for debate. They come up with their version of the bill. Any disagreements are worked out in conference before the final version is sent to the White House for signature or veto. At no time does the Senate negotiate the contents of the bill with the White House.

Try to grasp this. These two branches of government are intended to be civil participants on an adversarial relationship. They are not legislative partners. The president can certainly put his finger on the scale, stating publicly that he would love to see X or that he will absolutely veto Y. Legislators can save time by telling the White House, publicly to not expect such and such a bill. But the grunt work is all done internally.

I’ve had people say that this would take too much time. We’re in a fast-moving world. We have to get the shit done!

Don’t be stupid. Do you think these knuckleheads are setting land speed records doing what they are doing now? They can’t even pass an annual budget! They are spending all their time negotiating and currying favor with cronies. MAKE THEM DO THEIR GODDAMN JOBS!!!

Here’s a crazy idea!

Instead of these costly and opaque spending boondoggles being thrown out there every few months, how about congress, especially the House DO their jobs and pass a real budget. That, along with oversight as to how the money is spent, is your only fucking job!

And no earmarks at all. Right now there are rules for adding the worthless shit to legislation. We need to kill those immediately. If Podunk, Arkansas wants a museum to feature exotic bicycle parts, they can fund it - or they can’t have it. I know the citizens of Florida shouldn’t be funding it.

If your state is sucker enough to give your taxpayer money, well… that’s none of my business, no matter how stupid the idea is. And it’s none of Virginia’s business.

As a starting point for a clean budget, I suggest you start with whatever our budget for EVERYTHING was in 2019. No one died that year because the federal government wasn’t pissing away enough money. We are not growing as a nation except for the illegals we need to eject as soon as possible. The military had a fine budget (and can’t account for almost a trillion of what they have been given over the last few years).

You can save further money right off the top by NOT funding the Department of Education. Linda McMahon can oversee the elimination of her own department. There won’t be funding for all those new IRS agents either.

Remove all programs in the 2019 budget that paid for anything that doesn’t benefit all Americans everywhere, like museums, ballparks and industrial campuses. That’s not your job, gang.

Of course, the government was smaller in 2019 - something like 30% smaller. But they don’t do 30% more for the American people than they did in 2019. We hired so many people since the Wuhan we can’t bring them back to work. We don’t have ass space for all of them. What does that tell you about how essential these people are? So if you’ve been employed with the government for less than 5 years…goodbye and good luck.

GS-14’s may have to be dropped to GS-12’s. Oh, Dear GOD! Imagine having to survive in this world on $91,000 plus benefits!

Claw back every remaining dime of the last two spending bills (Infrastructure and Inflation Reduction). In both cases the titles had nothing to do with what they really were - green scams. Cut all future expenditures to the cronies that money was intended to go to, especially that knob, Al Gore.

There, now you have a budget. Pass it and have the Donald sign it.

Before we get to the main event, a word about these goddamn drones.

I have two main concerns. First is that asshole, Mayorkas. Remember he is the guy who told you your border was secure while your nation was being overrun by criminal diseased illegals – completely unchecked. Now he says the drones are not a problem.

Right there is when I get worried. When Mayorkas speaks, Mayorkas lies. So, the drones are now definitely a problem from where I sit.

Also, we have semi-autonomous gadgets flying unimpeded wherever they wish, and we can’t counter that? It is at times like this I realize this much vaunted, highly technical military we are supposed to have is really amateur hour. If you don’t believe me, consider the FACT that the Chinese have several times been caught living in our military computer networks for up to years before being busted. And in at least one of those busts, we find there is nothing the military computer geniuses could do about it, so the Chinese bug remains in our systems.

No worries, right?

And an update

As this show was being outlined, Judge “Pretty Hair” Merchan has ruled that the conviction he demanded from his jury in the hush money case will stand. Consider the fallout from this and then tell me honestly, who is crazier, the average Trump voter or people like “pretty hair” who intent to maintain the worst legal malpractice in this century and extra four years because ORANGE MAN BAD?

History and law schools will rip this jackass apart. But he’ll be the coolest douche at the next trans fad fund raiser.

I have been remiss in my duties. I promised to get back to my Kristol Krap series weeks ago. But I have been working to get guests and dealing with other subjects. In the meantime, I’ve allowed Willy Kristol, snooty girl of the first order, to run rampant on the Interwebs unchecked.

Please forgive me.

I have to admit, keeping up with Kristol’s reams of bullshit would be a full-time job if I wanted to do it. I don’t think he can get through a day without venting his TDS and bending truth at least four or five times.

My source for spanking him was he X posts. They are easier to pick apart than essays like to one I’ll ping on today. But he reared his silly head in my feed today, so here we are.

In today’s episode we feature an article he cowrote with Jim Swift in the Bulwark’s Morning Shots. So this was load of snarky, girl shit was a TEAM effort!

The title alone should take your breath away!

The Most Alarming Development Yet

ABC’s decision to settle a defamation suit with Trump represents a truly ominous moment.

So, the premise is that ABC settled a defamation case before they’d be left looking even more stupid than they have been, and THAT is something we should see as ominous.

Funnier still is premise here implied demonstrates “authoritarianism” on Trump’s part.

Do you see what I mean? There is so much to pull apart and we’ve only begun to ping on the title and subtitle.

For some reason, there is a second subtitle just above a byline for Kristol only. The Societal Guardrails are Crumbling Too

We may get to that before we hit 2700 words, but I doubt it.

Some of you are wondering why I like to slap Willy around. Isn’t this show about liberty? How is this germane?

A fair pair of questions. First, the show hinges on the theme of liberty. Primarily, that involves my liberty to discuss anything I want. It’s my show. If I thought she was interesting, I’d have a stripper come on and discuss her work.[1]

But, part of being a free society, if it is to remain free, it taking down butt hurt idiots like Bill, and their misleading rhetoric whenever we find it. Here, we have a man who made his name as an articulate commentator reputed to be coldly calculating in his assessments and assertions. With a rep like that, people tend to listen.

So, when someone like that is in the public square saying stupid things there is potential for him to do serious damage to public discourse. And that, by my lights, has been the biggest hinderance to regaining a healthy Republic. Such low-rent, phony intellectualism is the reason we have a trans epidemic. It’s why people actally believe Modern Monetary Theory is valid. It’s why our most unpopular VP in history went from being a punchline to a “great” presidential candidate overnight. It’s because of the same false intellectualism she had go back to being a punchline four months later, again overnight.

So, when people like Kristol and Swift conflate issues, and use emotion and hackery to muddy the political waters, anyone who spots it has an obligation to spank them.

And yes, I’ll admit it, I intensely dislike the snooty, ivy-league, elitist crybaby Willie has become. He was always snooty. But he used to be gutsy in a more manly way. Now he just desperate to be liked and accepted by the people he perceives as the cool kids. He’s like Liz Chaney, another butt-hurt neo con, without her manliness.

There was only one reason ABC settled their suit: depositions. The judge ruled last week that the Donald would have to be present during discovery. Hell, it was his lawsuit. The defendants were likely counting on Trump bailing at that point, getting the suit thrown out. Trump disappointed them. And that was the point where they knew they were going to lose – badly.

They would have looked stupid in court trying to say that calling Trump a rapist is okay because some people have a much wider view of rape than the statutory definition a court might use. I suspect they also had some texts and emails that would at least make Little Georgie Stephanopoulos look reckless or vindictive in his public insistence that Trump was declared guilty of rape. They may not have reflected well on Little Georgie’s staff.

Note: If you think I am being too cavalier, considering the subject, be patient, we’ll get to that.

Two paragraphs jump out at you from the start. Here’s one.

Carroll had alleged that Trump raped her in the mid-1990s and that he defamed her when he denied her claim. In 2023, a jury found that Trump had sexually abused Carroll, and ordered that Trump pay damages, though it did not find that Carroll proved the rape allegations according to the New York penal code.

Only in New York is such shit considered justice. And it’s only considered justice when the political whores on the bench and DA’s office really, really REALLY hate Trump. She claims he raped her. He says he didn’t. She sues him for defamation, unable to give a day, date, even a year of the allegation. She was even a bit fuzzy on the time of day. In any legit court, criminal or civil, that would have been enough to get tossed out.

We find the plaintiff is full of shit, but we find against DJT anyway. Neener neener! Amazing!

The nonsense carries through the next paragraph. This is the neener neener part.

Subsequently, when dismissing Trump’s countersuit against Carroll, U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan explained from the bench that the claim of rape was “substantially true,” noting that New York’s legal definition of “rape” was “far narrower” than how the word was commonly used.

Kaplan shows his TDS and bias in his own statement (Do these people even hear themselves talking?). In a court of law, any term expressed is restricted to statute. You can’t say a man committed murder, even though he described a fight with the term. “I murdered the guy.” But because people have a wider view of the term murder, I find the defendant guilty of murder for punching that guy sitting over there in the face.

One raped or one did not rape, and that is ALL you get to pass judgement on. And if Trump didn’t rape a woman based on the court’s specific definition of the term, and says he didn’t rape, the defendant in this case was speaking the truth.

But like when Judge Juan “Pretty Hair” Merchan instructed his jury to find Trump guilty, this was all seen as okay in New York.

So far, this is just being reported by Kristol. He wasn’t there. But this is what got Kristol’s panties in a bunch. Trump factually DID NOT rape anyone. But ABC settled because they said he did. And that according to Bill indicates that Trump is authoritarian? He says ABC settling indicated they were currying favor with an incoming president.

No, they weren’t. They were avoiding the embarrassment alluded to earlier. But Bill needs to create a false narrative.

Bill asks, What are corporate counsels are going to advise their clients to fight such lawsuits if mighty Disney won’t?

Well, Bill, I would HOPE lawyers would tell their media clients NOT TO LIE. There are standards that must be met when reporting. You have to be sure of what you are saying and that it is true. When in doubt, don’t say it. When your caught saying something careless, retract and apologize. That would be the minimum of what should be counseled.

What Bill is really asking is why can’t we just say bad things about the Donald and get away with it? It strikes me as I write the paragraph that perhaps Bill might be sweating some of the things he’s said about Trump. He should be.

Kristol sees all this as “bullying”. Really? So if ABC didn’t settle would that mean ABC was bullying Trump?

I’m moving along quickly because my word count is growing and I can’t get to every line of bullshit in this article.

Kristol is right about one thing. There are corporations and countries rushing to kiss Trump’s ass. Not doubt. Look at Canada. Justin left hickies in Trump’s butt cheeks.

Kristol is calling Trump’s success a protection racket. And he claims the next quote from Kash Patel is proof.

“We are going to come after you, whether it is criminal or civil. We’re figuring that out. But yeah, we are putting you on notice.”

First, this quote was not directed at the press in general and was not only referring to the media. Patel was speaking CORRECTLY of ALL the shenanigans perpetrated by people in a free-for-all effort to persecute and prosecute the Donald. Specifically, what he was saying is that if any of it is illegals – much was – he intends to come after you. And he should.

That’s not authoritarian. That is enforcing the law, as is required of the head of the FBI.

And, as discussed earlier, if people in the media defamed Trump inappropriately, they should pay the price for it.

For example, If Bill Kristol was president of the United States or just the worm he is today, and I announced in a bar that Bill Kristol touched my dick (Of course he didn’t. He might want to, but that’s not important right now.), he would be correct to sue me, no matter his station.

BUT

If you lied, as a member of the media, in collusion with people in the government to knowingly forward a false narrative, and I could prove it, both you and the officials involved SHOULD face criminal sanctions.

Then there’s this:

So what is at risk over the next four years is not just the corruption, the degradation, of the internal workings of government. What’s at stake is also the corrosive—the dramatically corrosive—effects of Trump’s agenda of intimidation and retribution on so many non-governmental institutions.

What intimidation? What retribution? So far, the ONLY thing we KNOW about such things is this. When DJT had BJ Bill’s wife red handed in 2016-17 for destroying evidence in pursuit of a political hoax and in the face of a federal investigation, he DID NOT pursue it. She’d have been in an orange jump suit if he had.

This year, when asked if he was going to seek retribution on those who went after him illegitimately, he said, “our success will be our retribution.”

So, the only evidence you have on this matter is that Trump has not and likely will not seek to punish anyone. Will that remain the case? It shouldn’t in my opinion, but we have zero evidence it won’t. Bill is making this shit up as he goes along. EVEN HE doesn’t believe a word of it.

Who has Trump intimidated? If Justin Trudeau FELT intimidated, it is because he knows he is less of a man than the Donald. That’s not Trump’s fault.

What Kristol is nakedly doing in this article is intentionally conflating Trump’s success in the polls and the pandering of sycophants showing up in Mar-a-lago with his charge of authoritarianism. That’s an old saw with Bill now. This is a complete non sequitur – and quite churlish. But it’ll play well among the dem tribal whiners.

In an effort to sound erudite, Willie closes with this:

The authoritarians’ ambitions are large, and they know what they’re doing. So far the liberals (using this term to mean the defenders of liberal democracy and a free society) don’t. So far, we are short of clarity of vision and of resolution and solidarity in action.

As always, I return to the guidance of the wise Burke: “When bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fall one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle.”

Are we to seek our clarity of vision from a silly, butthurt, elitist like you, Bill? I see no clarity from you. I see only a political agenda, and a weak one at that.

Among the Dem party and the RINO’s arrayed against Trump, I see NO defenders of liberal democracy and free society. I see only censors and ankle biters, none of whom are the least concerned with truth or liberty or law.

Bill, you are a drama queen and you make a mockery of yourself.

Let’s discuss terms

Earlier I mentioned speaking loosely about rape. The offenders here are the press, the courts and E. Jean Carroll. Carroll had a host cutting to commercial because she said people found rape sexy. Who but a sexual misfit would say such a thing, and what should we think of her credibility outside of a NEW YORK courtroom?

And of Carroll and the court, when you make a semantic circus of the term you do incalculable harm to women who have been raped and come forward. Remember, a court who will make something that is not rape into rape, because they don’t like the accused, will make rape into less than rape if they don’t like the accuser.

All rapes are a form of sexual assault. But not all sexual assaults are rape. Some can be quite benign, but because of STATUTE, may often be treated as criminal. But the chasm between the most minor concepts of sexual assault and RAPE must be respected. Bill pretends not to know this in order to forward his I Hate Trump campaign.

And what are the societal guardrails Bill says are crumbling? Would it be people playing with terms like “rape” as a form of lawfare? Would it be elitists playing word games in an attempt to undermine the legitimate government?

Our experience in the last few years would imply the societal guardrails that Kristol would endorse are those imposed on us by censors and corporate cronies. They tell us what we can and cannot say. None of those “guardrails” have anything to do with the truth as discussed above, but with advancing an agenda and silencing critics.

Trump doesn’t do that. He spends more time with the media in a week than Joe Duh and Cackles spent in the last year combined.

If we are to have a real and healthy Republic, it’s important we all know when we are being played by the blob, of which Bill Kristol is a member.

Well, Thanksgiving is over. Back to work. I’m thankful saying that is not the stressful thing it used to be. It seems like yesterday “back to work” meant getting back on I-95 for a ridiculously long commute and spending 8 hours a day in pursuit of someone else’s dream.

It wasn’t an inherently bad thing. I worked in an interesting place with great people. But I always chaffed at the idea of ending my “me” time and going back to the office. I have had jobs over the years when Sunday night brought REAL stress at the approach of Monday morning. That’s no way to live.

Now, “back to work” means wake up when I’m done sleeping, shit, shower and shave and go to my desk with good coffee in my P4B Nancy Pelosi Derp mug. I get to talk to you. What could possibly be a better job?

Strictly speaking, it really could be better. The morning routine should include exercise. And turning a profit with the podcast would be awesome!

So I am thankful to be living at least my version of the good life.

I just got the latest episode of the Free Zone Communiqué in the can and scheduled. It’s a day late due to holiday travel and my continued duties as Lyn’s nurse. Now I can focus on the loony bin that is our world and leave you with my thoughts.

Item first:

Okay, show of hands, who believed Joe Duh when he said he wouldn’t pardon the crackhead? Now, put your hand down before somebody sees you. Because the rest of us knew. We knew Joe was lying about that. Some pretended not to. We knew Joe was up to his eyeballs in dirty money despite the “conspiracy theory” talk from the propaganda machine we call the “media”. We knew Joe was a jello brain during the 2020 election campaign. The same chattering classes told us he was whip smart, “the best Joe Biden ever” right up to the debate debacle.

I heard it claimed that Joe was mulling a pardon for the crackhead as far back as June of this year. BULLSHIT! He’s been planning to pardon his son and co-conspirator since he decided to run for president.

If you didn’t know these things in real time, you shouldn’t vote. Your blindness is a danger to the Republic.

In this and in countless other ways, the governing class and the chattering classes have been playing you for chumps for decades and continue to do so today. We’ve been hearing no end of Lefty pundits decrying faults in their own tribe that they “knew” were going to be a problem for Kamala. They claim the Democrat Party must have a makeover to survive.

The same media ass hats failed to mention these obvious problems during the election when they were telling you that Kammy was brilliant and DJT didn’t have a chance in hell of winning.

But I tell you today and with complete certainty, the Lefty elites are going to double down on their crazy ideas in the midterms. They will continue to scream that boys can be girls, and that the planet is on fire, and that all white people are racists. The best you can expect is a repackaging of terms. CRT became DEI. That will morph again. But it will be the same bullshit it’s been all along.

Consider just one little example of how subtle the “New” Dem Party will keep the propaganda machine alive. After the election, Joe Scarborough was lecturing his tribe about how they shouldn’t be champions of crazy causes. One of his examples of the craziness was men in women’s sports.

In his rant, Morning Blow said the Dems needed to be more thoughtful of the issue because (get this,) 80% of America is against men who go tranny - post puberty - competing against girls. [emphasis mine] This implies, with zero evidence, that everybody is okay with mutilating YOUNGER kids to please their kinky parents. Just don’t let those older tranny kids play volleyball against girls!

I’m pretty goddamn sure more than 80% of the American people think the trans fad has run its course and it is time to stop the sadistic nonsense. But by stating his case as he did, Scarborough is intentionally playing word games to keep one of the flagship issues of the Dem tribe front and center, and keep you distracted from real issues.

Post-puberty/pre-puberty will be popular rhetoric over the next two years. You’ll also see subtle rhetorical games played with climate change, green tinker toys, stacking the court, gun control and the full lineup of Lefty causes. They will make narrow, often illogical qualifiers on all the issues and pretend they represents a major sea change in the Party. They’ll tell you that you should be happy with the “new” Democrats. You should embrace their issues and look cool at your next wine and cheese party.

But ALL the nonsense that cost them the election this year will still be there in ‘26 and ‘28. Count on it. Don’t be fooled by silly word games.

I’ll give you one more example of the Left intentionally flimflamming you. And this one is ugly. I’ve mentioned Jake Sullivan from time to time being a part of the Cabal that runs the Executive Branch illegitimately. Today he proved me right.

People have been starting to get very suspicious of the sudden flurry of unhelpful activity surrounding the Ukraine war. I contend that the plan of the Cabal is to run up the benefit for cronies in the Military/Industrial Complex at the last minute, and trip up Trump’s efforts to end the war quickly.

Today, Jake Sullivan claimed Joe Biden ordered him to do all these things; the land mines, the ATACMS, another dump of cash (that money will actually go to Ukrainian officials and weapons makers here, not the Ukrainian people). But if this was Joe’s idea, we’d have seen Joe hawking it to the media. He may be bumping into walls these days, but he’s keen to protect what is left of his “legacy”.

No, this was the work, first to last, of the Cabal. They make the deal and decisions. THEY have kept this war alive and gotten hundreds of thousands killed to feed their cronies. They give Joe the cards he’s been carrying around since the 2020 campaign (turn this way - podium is in the middle of the stage - shake hands), instructing him what to say. He’s barely aware of what he’s reading.

Before we get to fun stuff, I want to make a correction. I once said that Jake Sullivan stood at a podium and told us that deterrents, in this case the ones aimed at Russia pre-war, are deigned to be use after the fact. They never work BEFORE the fact. But this little nugget of stupidity was NOT delivered by Jake Sullivan, National Security. They were the words of Ed Price, State Department.

I tend to get the two mixed up. They’re both pencil neck geeks and they look like the got there heads stuck in the same soda bottle.

Oh, no! More Delco talk!

I have quipped recently that the P4B, our old show and the Free Zone Communiqué seem like Delaware County reunions. Trust me, only one person was brought on knowing it was a Delco situation, that was one of my favorite people, Karen Hockenberry nee Toto. It just so happens that the best looking and most interesting people come from that county. You are listening to one of them now. I think another guest, Charlie Alexander, is up for GQ’s sexiest man alive as you can see in the picture below.

That said, I have more Delco news to report. I caught 60 Minutes on Sunday after the Eagles (god’s team) triumphed once again. In an interview, Kate Winslet said she had to learn the Delco accent for her role in The Mare of Easttown. Learning to speak with a generic American accent is hard enough for a Brit. Delcospeak must be torture.

Easttown is a fictitious small town in the Chester area of Delco. And like real Delconians, the people there likely vacation in Itlannick Siddy t’be near da shoer and the wooder of the Itlannick Oshen. Delco is the lazy lip capital of the United States. There are countless examples in my own work. When I want to say “and then” to connect events it almost always comes out “annen”. It’s oddly endearing, izzen it? If you phonetically spelled what we say, half of it wouldn’t even resemble the English language. Jeetjet?

I won’t be seeing the Winslet series. I used to have HBO Max for life as a part of my Dish contract. But ATT jerked me off when I bought more data to support this show. ATT is the WORST customer service company in existence. I have had some real problems with call centers in my day, but ATT is the very worst.

Kash is a problem for swamp monsters.

I’ve said many times that this transition period is going to be fun to watch. All the big appointments are people with a major hardon for destroying the permanent governing class and the bureaucratic slime that hold power in the Swamp today.

Kash Patel is a particularly fun example. The corrupt leadership of the FBI knows the organization is about to be decapitated. Patel has already demonstrated that he WILL take on anyone to do the right thing. The same will happen at DOJ and the IRS. This is a conservative wonk’s wet dream.

So we will spend from now until next March watching the swamp monsters doing procedural and media gymnastics in an effort to destroy the lives of every key appointment Trump makes. And if he wants to pull off the things he promised in ‘24, he needs all the big name appointments to make it through. So it will be battle royal.

The easiest thing for Trump to do is appoint Hegseth (if he still wants him) during the holiday recess and wait for the next Congress to sit and approve the others.

Lessons for podcasters and would-be podcasters

Tucker Carlson has been on quite a roll lately. His podcasts have been really interesting. He’s been in the company of ALL the heavy hitters in the incoming Trump/Vance administration. I caught a Tucker Carlson podcast last night that I really enjoyed. He was being interviewed by the Genius Network and, being Carlson, he was very direct and hard-hitting.

He discussed his faith, one I do not share, Putin, the election, his booze infused past and whether he’d serve in the Trump administration if asked.

The talk of Putin was the most interesting. Unless you’ve been under a rock for the last two years, you know he scored an interview with the Little Russian Jerkoff some months ago. Lesser journalists, which include most of the Lefties you get your news from, tore into him for sitting with Putin.

His response is clear-minded and an indictment of almost all journalists. There are only two reason he is the only one to get Putin. One is that many “journalists” are just typists and mouthpieces for the present Regime, headed by Obama (not Joe). They see any questioning of the Regime as a lack of patriotism. Any act of independent thinking as dangerous. The other reason is the the rest of the media lacked the requisite sack or imagination to simply ask for the interview.

Carlson’s response to the ankle biters was this: Putin is engaged in the strangest, most engrossing event of the present day. He has attacked a supposedly weaker neighbor in order to restore the Russia over which he sees himself as Czar. That’s a good GET for any real journalist. So Tucker reached out for a sit-down and got it! And if the others had the brains or balls, they’d have beat him to it. They don’t…so they didn’t.

When asked if he’d serve in a Trump administration, Tucker said that he cannot be a part of the political zoo around which he grew up. I think that means first, he’s not overly awed by DC political power. He grew up around it. He knows the swamp monsters are lesser people than most of what we call average Americans.

He also said he could never be part of a lie. The post suggested by a questioner was Press Secretary. It is obvious that such a post would be a step down for someone like Carlson - and a substantial pay cut. But he doesn’t need the money. I think White House Press Secretary would be the last hing on earth he’d want to do. Even with the now beknighted DJT, daily press briefings would be a constant spin cycle. The problem Tucker would have as PS is if DJT fucked up he’d say, “Yeah, POTUS really screwed the pooch on that one, yeah?” He could no more hack for politicians on that level than I could do brain surgery.

Carlson was very forthright about his firing from FOX. He doesn’t say he left, as most would do. He doesn’t say he and the network parted ways. He says he was fired, and it hurt. But he celebrates it because if that never happened, he’d have never been free to say EVERYTHING he wants to say. His success has been his stark honesty in calling them as he sees them.

I sense he loves his audience. Maybe I’m projecting.

The lesson to podcasters. Opportunities come in strange packages. When life kicks your ass, do a show about it. Cut your own path.

Also…If you ever want to make it in this business, you need to maintain a certain level of trust with your readers/listeners/subscribers. And you do that by being true to yourself. In doing so, you may never make a ton of money. We do what we do because we think we have something worth saying. We do it for the love of saying it. If there are rewards to be had great. But the reward of living in a country where you can still say it, and being ready to do so despite the slings and arrows, is the greatest reward this business has to offer.

If you attempt it on a shallow or disingenuous level, you may make some cash but you’ll never enjoy it.
