AI is a monster.

To paraphrase the fictitious Admiral Painter, “This business will get out of control! It will get out of control and we’ll be lucky to live through it!” As I’ve reported here previously, even the people who create and engineer AI and create the algorithms don’t know how AI learning occurs. They don’t know the limits to the learning, if there are any. They don’t understand the long term process of advanced machine learning once it starts.

I will link an article in the footnotes below the audio line regarding Trump’s AI proposals and the bill that may come from them. DJT says he wants to regulate AI. But nowhere in the Constitution is he granted power to do that. All powers the government has are enumerated in the Constitution. If they aren’t listed, the government doesn’t have the power. If Congress writes a law giving him such power, that law would be unconstitutional on its face. Not that such restriction ever meant anything in DC. And there’ s the rub.

Do you remember Robert F. Kennedy Jr maxims on totalitarianism?

* Once you grant a government a power, it will never relinquish it without a fight.

* If a government can abuse a power, it WILL.

* You cannot comply your way out of totalitarianism.

This isn’t to say DJT will necessarily abuse power of AI. He may be honestly motivated. I believe he is. But his successors eventually WILL take every advantage. Who could resist such power over everything? I’ll give you a detailed, real-word example of what I am talking about. Then we can apply the lessons to assertive government control to AI.

Look what the government has done with healthcare. That all started with people shouting, “there ought to be a law”.

In lieu of cash, and in order to avoid the ridiculous taxes of the pre-JFK days, some well-paid executives told employers to provide non-cash benefits. Company cars, generous expense accounts, even company planes. Eventually somebody thought to provide life and health insurance, instead of cash. And that is where things started to go sideways.

When unions caught wind of this gimme for the executives, they thought the rank and file were automatically entitled to the same thing. Never mind they didn’t pay the confiscatory taxes the executives were paying. The union bosses saw it as another way to fatten their own paydays.

So far, not so bad. Insurance back then was for catastrophic illness and injuries, not stitches and shots. The idea was to keep you from going broke if you got seriously ill.

Soon, insurance as a standard factor of being employed became the norm. As the population felt more and more entitled, they started to question why everything medical wasn’t covered by medical insurance. There ought to be a law, right?

Well.

Political whores being what they are, and not caring what they knew government meddling would do to the cost of insurance, started passing bills to get this and that added to the list of things insurance companies MUST cover. These were called mandates or mandated coverage.

The immediate result was insurance became more expensive. Insurance compensated by increasing the number of things they would deny. Employers obviously would pay an employee a little less if they had to pay more to insure them. Much to the joy of lawyers and political whores, insurance policies became ever more Byzantine.

The mandates got so out of hand that the idea of government control over the insurance industry actually started to appeal to stupid people. BJ Bill’s wife took a shot at it in the 90’s. There weren’t enough stupid people yet to pass it. And obviously not enough goodies for either cronies or politicians in the deal.

By 2012, there were enough stupid people. And Barry O’s people devised a plan so opaque and complex, so full of goodies for politicians (who were exempt from requirements), and so attractive to the winners picked to provide the insurance, that the idea passed.

It didn’t pass legally. If they had done it legally the bill never would have made it out of conference. Pelosi, the snake, declared that congress deemed to have voted it out. There is no such thing. And the bill passed with the first massive abuse of the reconciliation process. This is a process by which congress irons out the nickles and dimes of a spending bill - smooths out rounding errors. But in this case, our utterly corrupt legislature used reconciliation to take over 1/6th of our economy.

Today, reconciliation has supplanted the 60 vote rule on massive spending. I’m sure the record shows that there were honest people warning that reconciliation, as written, was going to come back and bite us on the ass.

The immediate result of Obamacare was MASSIVE increases in premiums for people using legitimate insurance. And MASSIVE increases in spending for those who enrolled on government insurance give-aways.

The AFFORDABLE CARE ACT was so affordable Congress was forced almost immediately to authorized subsidies to help most people pay for their insurance. We are fighting over renewing that right now. What we should be doing is writing a bill to get the government completely OUT of the insurance business and letting the free market bring prices down to a reasonable level. You would see costs plummet.

But the government will not give up their power over the insurance industry voluntarily as we’ve established. So, unless we take it back by force, we will never see real world, manageable healthcare costs again.

And so it WILL be with AI and the power it promises to those who control it - if indeed it will be controllable. That remains to be seen. And by the time we find that out, it may be too late.

Smart cities will become inevitable. You’ll hardly notice it occurring. City, state of federal government will add a camera here, a sensor there. Certain businesses will be incentivized to come into your local area, others to relocate elsewhere. This will be for the greater good, and efficiency, they’ll say.

You will drive electric cars and little hybrid beaters. This, you’ll be told is to save the environment. And why would you need a big scary car. Everything you “need” is within a 15 minute walk from your apartment!

In the meantime, more and more controls will be foisted onBut the businesses won’t be moved to create self-contained villages where you won’t “need” to travel more then a few minutes to meet all your “needs” as they are recognized by the AI god. This will be to simplify tracking and the system. More cameras, more sensors, for your security. Eventually, everyone will have their own specific work schedule because that which watches everything will have calculated the most efficient way to move everyone through the smart city. Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) will be a certainty in this scenario. You will be told it is just to make you purchasing more convenient. The system will know what you’ve added to your cart. And batta bing, off you go!

control. They won’t care about your convenience.

The CBDC won’t be for your convenience. It WILL be controllable. If you buck the system or you don’t behave as the algorithm dictates, you will find your purchasing power restricted, until you fall back in line.

The cars won’t help the environment. Certainly the electric cars won’t. They are among the worst things we’ve ever created in terms of environmental responsibility. No, they will eventually tell you, because the algorithm said so, that you cannot travel more than x miles from your assigned enclave. If you do, OnStar will shut your older car down. AI will take over and redirect your car to an authorized space. Do this more than once and you’ll see you CBDC account punished.

The backbone of “smart cities” will be surveillance and control provided by AI. Everything you do outside of breathing and taking a dump will be factored by AI. Everything will eventually, for the greater good of course, be heavily throttled by the system in favor of those in control, who are exempt from it.

But these electronic prisons are just one example of how AI will infest every aspect of our lives. It goes way beyond just how you will live on your smart city. But those who wield the power, those with access to the AI controls will have the power to do it all.

Don’t take my word for it. The Davos/WEF cult has at one time or another laid out this very same program, along with a long list of other abuses. They meet regularly with mayors from all over the world; dozens of them from all the major cities. On of those gatherings is called Urban Transformation Summits. At these conclaves they discuss doing the very things I listed above. THEY’RE SERIOUS! And the Davos crowd think they, as elites (bankers, politicians, Hollywood show folk, mobbed up union bosses) think they should rule over this insanity. They also say they will be exempt from those rules as they are the elites. John Kerry, one of this band of lunatics calls himself and the others a “select group of human beings". I didn’t select these assholes, did you? But it is their intention to run your lives.

This kind of social engineering is not something we can try and dump if we don’t like it. Remember RFKJ’s rule first rule: Once government gains a power, it won’t give it up.

Now, put into the hands of someone, even one who may consider himself upstanding and honest, the ability to have a docile society where destabilizing behavior can be spotted and eliminated quicker than a game of whack-a-mole, the temptation to play god and create “utopia” will be overwhelming.

In the hands of lesser people, almost ALL of the political class, any such power would absolutely redound in the worst behavior. Look at the all the abuses in just the insurance example, above. The thing that will keep that pig in place is money washing back and forth between the politicians and insurance companies. All adjustments to date have been in the favor of preserving the pig. Look at education. Look at Social Security from which the GOVERNMENT has looted every single dime. Review the history of the Obama administration with Fast and Furious, Smash and Grab and IRS persecuting political opponents (and that is a tiny list of his abuses).

This is the second maxim in play. If a government can abuse a power - it WILL. With just the few programs and scandals mentioned today, would you trust those very same people, utterly submissive to Davos, to NOT take advantage of AI for their own power? For a chance at absolute power?

And we can’t forget the third maxim: You cannot comply your way out of totalitarianism.

This is all intended to happen by many of the very people we are talking about. Once your town or business or political group is hooked by this system, there will be NO way around it. Your smart phone, Alexa, Ring doorbell or security system if you have one, your laptop, your car…they will ALL rat you out if you deviate from the master plan. You will be a serf. Rebellion won’t be a viable option, unless you can do it naked, in the woods.

So you must rebel preemptively. Before your town puts up another red light camera or security camera on a street, you fight back. You force them to define the way it will be used so narrowly that a red light camera can’t bust you for driving nude with a joint in your hand. The law YOU insist on will say that camera is for that red light compliance only. That camera will never be networked beyond the local police station.

Before another bank buys up tracts of housing or the town has more “low-income” housing built, you go to your zoning authority and fight to rezone every place you possibly can to NOT be rental property. Make sure there will be no area wide smart city concept involved. And tell the banks they can’t do real estate business in your town.

Fight to make sure your whole town remains autonomous from any city, state or national network of electronic, passive, wide net monitoring.

Well, what about the safety of our streets, right? Won’t this stuff be there for our security? No, it will not. While some sense of security may be a factor, this stuff will be networked to control you. A camera can’t save your life. It can only give people something to look at after you’ve been beaten, robbed or shot. Then they might even find the perp. That’s a side benefit. The intent of AI and widespread monitoring will be to keep YOU in line.

Real security is knowing your neighbors, making friends, walking your street, keeping in contact with those around you. And THAT is the antithesis of the smart city prison system.

Be a good neighbor. And fight like hell to never be a good serf.

This one is really bad.

To date, I’ve only had one serious falling out with The Donald. I called Trump out on tariffs. Tariffs are canker sores on the face of history. They are pointless IN THE LONG RUN. They disincentivize our trading partners and ultimately while you might be pulling in some dollars with one hand, you are killing commerce and losing dollars with the other. Free trade is the only answer to the future MASSIVE shifts in business and demographics coming.

Tariffs on. Tariffs off. 25%, no 80%, no…wait…we’ll hold off on your country for now. Talk of tariffs producing hundreds, or even tens of billions already is simply untrue. It isn’t happening, and even if it were ever possible, it would happen over a period of years. They are counting every dime of revenue we generate from trade and saying it is all coming in due to tariffs.

Beyond that, I was pretty much okay with everything he’s been doing. (Well putting his name on the Kennedy Center was stupid. But that’s minor trolling of Dems on DJT’s part.)

Things are different now.

I was more than happy with killing drug runners as they plied the waves and plied their trade. Drug running is considered piracy and we are prevented nowhere from sinking and killing pirates on the open seas. They are civilizations enemy. I thought hitting the docks was dicey. That’s foreign territory. That is an act of war. It was a small one, but that makes it no less an act of war.

I intentionally put the next paragraphs here because people will read a little of what is above and accuse me of siding with Maduro. I’ve been accused often of favoring the Little Russian Jerkoff too, because I don’t think we should sell the farm to support Ukraine. We should certainly NEVER go there. But people freak out even when you reject something even as a matter of degree.

That said…

Capturing Maduro, a head of state, no matter how stupid he is; no matter how much we hate him…without a declaration of war is WAY over the top, even for Trump.

We’ve always known Maduro was a cheap version of his predecessor, the fat-headed Hugo Chavez, for whom Maduro was a butt boy. And Chavez was a piece of shit. He utterly wrecked the country with the kinds of programs Mamdani has planned for NYC. They both aligned with Cuba and Russia (basically because no one else would have them). Both were even more oppressive than the Obama administration.

But this event breaks all the PRODUCTIVE norms. This IS an act of impulse and hubris. There is NO excuse for kidnapping another head of state. It sets a precedent not acceptable in Western Culture for centuries. It WILL inspire similar cross-border raids and assassinations around the world.

I mean, if the United States does it… Right?

We’ve crossed a Rubicon of The Donald’s making folks. It matters not whether China, the EU, NATO piss their pants over it, or let it slide. There is no way to fix this.

Talk of running Venezuela is even more crazy. It is NOT OUR COUNTRY! CONGRESS HAS NOT DECLARED WAR ON THEM! WE HAVE NO CHARTER TO DO THIS! And Trump can’t create anything remotely legitimate by executive order.

This government is comprised of most of the entrenched bureaucrats that ran this country into the ground. How do they propose to run Venezuela as well. This is utter nonsense.

We cried about millions of foreign invaders (assisted by Democrats) not respecting our laws, coming here and being criminal and violent. Well, that argument goes out the window!

Too many of us will say of POTUS, my president, right or wrong. Too many already do. I never gave credence the whiners on the Left when they’d talk about Trump having a cult-like following (in reality all politicians have a bit of that). I have always said that Trump is just different, brash, unpolished, in-your-face. But as he has moved into this term in office, his following - and possibly the man - are becoming quite cult-like.

That is not to say the actual policies in question are all bad. Most will be very good. But few have come as a result of winning an argument, and many are truly outside the purview of the office. And it doesn’t all become proper by saying, well, the Dems do it! I would assert that ANY actions we take in imitation of the Dems, and their corrupt ways, are suspect.

There is something to be said of wielding the power Congress has foolishly ceded to the Executive over the several decades. Using the power as a lesson for Congress to step up and resume some responsibilities has its appeal. Rolling up Maduro, as such a lesson, is a step too far, as it involves another country and international law.

It pains me that I am in opposition at the same time as the likes of that slouching pustule, Chuck Schumer. I hate that I am voicing opposition at the same time as the NYC jihadi. But I take comfort from the reality that they are political whores who don’t care one bit about the American people, and my stance is a principled one.

And I don’t care what happens to Maduro or his wife. They could both fall down a sinkhole…and take Putin with them. But there are limits to power for a reason. The limitations our founders placed on government, especially the Executive, are the wisest in history. Overstepping those limitations, whether as a lesson to Congress, or due to impatience. or because you really, REALLY want to, is not a valid exercise in governance.

But here is why I am most concerned. I want to see Trump succeed. As there is no other MAGA personality in the wings, I want his success to have wide and long coattails, lest the Dems regain power. Sadly, the only proper solution to the Maduro situation is a very strong assertion of congressional authority.

And there is the rub. In a year when we could simply move from success to success (that is what ‘26 was shaping up to be), we may now have battle royal raging between the White House and Capitol Hill. And the Dems will milk it. They won’t have a valid stand of their own. They never do. But because few in Congress will likely step up and take a principled stand on this issue, the results lean toward the Dems advantage. The average voter does not understand nuance. They’ll only see DC bickering. And the networks will not help them see more.

I will say this in favor of Trump’s actions. They weren’t carried out in the dark. The Deep State didn’t fund a group of our assholes to kill their assholes, carry out a coup, and later say, “we didn’t do anything!” Trump owned his actions. In that, he is morally superior to generations of Deep State actors who have tarnished our reputation repeatedly over the years, making enemies all over the planet. Many of those enemies were the ones our spooks “helped”.

So, the genie is out of the bottle. It is a terrible precedent. Right or wrong, it WILL be used by international actors to justify all manner of cross-border mischief. But we can’t un-ring the bell. Hang on to yer ass, and we’ll see how this all shakes out.

I’ll preface with this chilling news out of the new People’s Republic of NYC.

The New York City Council has passed what has been called the Community Opportunity to Purchase Act (COPA) that will force private building owners to offer up their property to nonprofits and government entities before they make any private sale, effectively causing massive delays in property sales and other regulatory hurdles in the Big Apple’s housing industry.In the scenario that it is passed, NYC will have the largest COPA program in the country. The act forces landlords to offer their property to the city as well as nonprofits before the building can be sold on the public market. The lawmaker who sponsored the law, Council Member Sandy Nurse, claims that it will be a win for New Yorkers.

“Corporate interests and big real estate tried their hardest to block the Community Opportunity to Purchase Act with a misinformation and fear-mongering campaign, and they failed,” Nurse said about the law’s passage, per Pix 11. “Today marks the beginning of a new social housing era in New York City… COPA levels the playing field and makes it possible to preserve and create thousands of permanently affordable homes across our city.” [emphasis mine]

Keep that quote in mind as we continue.

I just read a piece by Chevan Nanayakkara (CN). It is nothing short of delusional. It demonstrates the ignorance of economics that have led so many young people to embrace socialism. In this case, the writer seems to think he’s hit on a terrific hybrid of socialism and capitalism, with the government in the driver’s seat. CN argued that we ought not have Universal Basic Income (UBI). Rather, he opines, we need Universal Basic Assets (UBA). Using modern Lefty “logic” he claims we can afford to do this because we have an inexhaustible supply of money with which to do it.

Then in another context he says we don’t. But no matter. He plows ahead anyway.

CN is seriously blind to the absolute authoritarianism which will come from what he sees as a great idea. He also, whatever his credentials, is clueless about economic reality. This article is a political pamphlet tarted up to look like sound economics.

While it does have true statements infused into the article, many assertions are blatantly untrue, the conclusions are wildly flawed, and it stinks of economic central planning. What CN proposes is socialism on steroids.

Let’s talk specifics

We’ll start with the author’s motivations.

The real question isn’t which ideology to choose. It’s how do we use our understanding of monetary systems to build institutions that serve everyone in a pluralistic, diverse society? How do we create an economy where someone can choose a quiet, subsistence-level life without stigma, while their neighbor pursues wealth-building in competitive markets. Both can have dignity, security, and genuine opportunity? [emphasis Nanayakarra’s]

What’s wrong with this quote? Well, a lot, actually.

First, economics. He compares socialism to capitalism. Those are not ideologies. Conservatism or Liberalism are. The former are economic systems. Sound economics work with either ideology, if the government isn’t the major player in an economy. Sadly, too many people, including the author of the linked essay, conflate politics and economics as if they are SUPPOSED TO BE joined like Lego pieces.

Also, through all of history, the system that has served everyone is free market economics. The pluralism and diversity mentioned are aspirational political concepts, and romantic notions in the modern meaning of the words - which is to say the way a man like the author sees those terms. Again, not of the business of sound economics.

We’ll see in a minute what the author means with his comparison between choosing a quiet subsistence-level life as opposed wealth-building. Suffice it to say that the former provides neither dignity nor security (as the author contends), and spurns opportunity. In Nanayakkura’s utopia, the takers will have to be told, constantly that they have dignity and security. When the world around them moves forward, they will be left to beg the nanny state to give them more money or stuff. It matters not at all whether Uncle Stinky gives them cash - UBI - or the finished product - UBA - they now MUST have, to maintain their “dignity”.

I will have to move along quickly. As is the case, whenever liberal pipe-dreamers spout what appears to be cool stuff, I’d have to write a book to take this article apart appropriately. So, to bolster my counterpoints with sound reason, consult Adam Smith, F.A. Hayek, Milton Friedman or Henry Hazlett. That is where you will find economic reality. Modern Monetary Theorists, like CN like to think they are smarter then those better men, because their work is so old fashioned. (The correct term is timeless.) But REAL economics, the basic realities of how we buy and sell and live our lives, are as hard and certain as gravity. Every time societies have strayed from the concepts of those four REAL economists, whether they knew their names of not, those societies have paid a heavy price. Those societies FAILED!

So augment what you read here with a book.

CN claims the government has no spending constraints. He says that like it’s a good thing. But the statement is only true because our currency is not a store of value. And this is the root of how economic power is abused by the central planners. This is why it is so easy for them to feed cronies and burn the taxpayers. The cronies in question are ALL the very billionaires Dems and other Lefties claim to hate…but their Democrat political betters kneel before.

The federal government doesn’t “get money” from anywhere. When Congress authorizes spending, the Treasury instructs the Fed to credit bank accounts. Money is created by keystrokes. No vault. No pile of tax dollars. No Chinese credit card.

This isn’t political spin, it’s operational reality. Ask Fed officials, Treasury officials, or banking system operators. The government spends first (creating money), then taxes later (destroying money). Taxation doesn’t fund spending. It removes money from the economy to control inflation and redistribute purchasing power. [emphasis mine]

Again, there are too many problems here to deal with them all, but as the argument unfolds, you’ll be able to fill in a lot of blanks and skips. If you grab one of the linked books on the subject, you’ll see right through what CN is saying.

And who would understand the first paragraph of the previous quote better than Biden’s chief economic advisor, Jared Bernstein. Get a load of this short clip before moving on or come back to it for a good laugh.

Double click, then click.

In the clip, Bernstein isn’t having a stroke. He DOES know how the system works. He just couldn’t find a way to honestly explain the way the system works without causing a mass revolt. In other words, he’s not a good liar. So he settled for looking stupid to avoid telling a whopper, or showing you honestly how much the government has rigged the system against you.

Taxes used to be how the government acquired what it wanted to spend. When money was a true store of value (backed by gold), people were more conscious about their wealth and income. They had to know that what was taken from them was for good reason. There was also a time when we didn’t have our money taken automatically, before we saw our paychecks. It almost goes without saying that if you had to cut Uncle Stinky a check for many thousands of dollars every year, you’d be a lot more judicious about who you elected.

Now, taxation and a constant state of inflation, steadily scraping away at your wealth, are monetary tools, which NC seems perfectly happy with. And why not. He is an Modern Monetary Theory (MMT) advocate. Just print all you want and confiscate it on the back end.

And all this to do what? “Redistribute purchasing power.” Create false dignity.

Before I get to the reason for CN’s essay, I will break down just a few of his almost self-defeating assertions about economics.

First:

Before comparing UBI and UBA honestly, align on one fundamental reality: the federal government has no spending constraint.

Then later:

Can the government create infinite money? Yes, operationally.

Should it? No, because real resources and productive capacity are finite.

I think it’s just terrific that Chevan sees this problem…after stating categorically that the government has no spending constraints. OUR problem is one of RFK Jr’s rules of governance. “If a government is given a power it will always abuse that power.”

Conservatives had to fight tooth and nail to prevent the Left from printing another trillion+ dollars on top of all the Covid waste. That trillion and all the previous trillions, as CN states would have to be taxed back later. And we’ve not flushed all the waste from the system yet. Some of the spending programs were multi-year. We’re still printing the money for those!

In his pronouncements, CN allows for mass spending for infrastructure. This is a naked defense of the “Infrastructure Act”, which was about anything but infrastructure. That money will be spent on green projects, most of which will never be completed. Oh well, it’s the good intentions that matter, right? I only noted that to point out CN’s ignorance upon which he bases his argument for UBA.

And the central planners do OFTEN overshoot the resources and productivity capacity causing the Fed to constantly jigger interest rates. This causes instability in the markets, making investment inefficient. It causes the products debt provides, big ticket items, to increase or decrease in price due to artificial manipulation in finance caused by government policy. Ya gotta love those central planners!

Example: Our present housing prices are NOT the result of Adam Smith’s “invisible hand”, the free market at work. They are the result of interest rate manipulation and the government buying of mortgages regardless of their REAL value vis a vis the broader economy. So long as the funny money is washing through the system, prices will go up. In the case of housing, college and medicine, they will go up astronomically until we wrest control of those markets BACK from the government.

In an effort to absolve the government from it’s role in a permanent state of inflation, Nanayakkara insists that these are the culprits.

* Supply shocks (COVID breaking supply chains, OPEC restricting oil)

* Monopoly pricing power (four companies control 80% of beef processing and coordinate increases)

* Bottlenecks (semiconductor shortage, port congestion, labor shortages in sectors)

* Sometimes excess demand (rarer than believed and when it does happen we should ask: for what, from whom, why?)

The breakdown in supply chains closely followed the bags of money the government threw at us during Covid. But it wasn’t Covid that ”broke” the supply chains. Our government caused the break, along with demographic decline that started in 2018-19. More on that in just a bit.

Monopoly pricing? Meat went up like everything else. We have no information on whether meat giants are colluding or competing. Without such evidence we must assume they are competing. They didn’t just discover during Covid that they could charge whatever they wanted. No gouging is evident.

Besides, that Davos lunatic, Klaus Schwab, who dresses like a Klingon, said publicly that in the future beef would be only for the wealthy people like him. So, for Lefties anyway, shouldn’t beef be $30 per pound at least?

Bottlenecks like those listed were temporary and didn’t include chips. Those factories were forced to stay open. In China, employees were held against their will on premises. Port congestion was caused by people buying things they normally wouldn’t have due to the infusion of money from Uncle and too much time on their hands. The majority of labor shortages in this country are due to the shitty education most kids now get, along with being told by EVERYBODY including the government (with crony universities to feed) that college is the only answer. So the trades suffered from a labor shortage.

All of these things always have contributed to spot inflation since money was invented. But the kind of inflation we’ve seen recently was money thrown into an economy with no rhyme or reason.

This led to more demand than could be met even a few weeks behind. This on top of the mild lag caused by Covid, and you have a supply chain problem. It was a wild contraction followed by a wild recovery, followed by a sudden drop in demand because people were back to spending at pre-Covid levels.

But the slam in inflation was created by people who think like CN, people who believe MMT isn’t central planner bullshit.

In brief, ALL the shocks and shortages were caused by “found money” washing through the system. As CN says, people “shifting from services to goods”. Just look at the RV and boat industry. They saw prices go through the roof from people who never considered such a purchase…until Covid. Now, after all that buyer’s remorse has kicked in, you can barely give an RV or boat away.

All this is to point out how warped views “experts” among the Nanny State fans hold are SO wrong! And it is upon this thinking that Nanayakkara bases his belief that giving people houses, education and medicine will be good for an economy…or for the people.

He misses completely how badly the government has already fucked up all those industries with the influence they’ve already wielded in them. Because loans are guaranteed by the government, and not the borrower, the price of education has exploded. The quality in those sectors, especially education, from kindergarten to grad degree has decreased dramatically.

Obamacare was just a takeover of the insurance industry with all the inherent government incompetence, corruption and inefficiency. With its inception, insurance premiums rose immediately. In some parts o the country where insurance companies sold their bets on health quite reasonably, premiums doubled and tripled almost overnight. Since then, knowing the money would come pouring in, the government approved insurance companies, hospitals - hell - the entire medical industry have cried poor mouth every year charging more and more for everything. This was predicted by me and others at the time. The game was so lucrative that hedge fund vultures bought up hospitals treating them like cash cows. In cases such as two hospitals outside Philadelphia, they gutted the coffers and the hospitals closed as the vultures parachuted out, laughing all the way back to the Hamptons.

This is how ALL private industry goes when the government puts its finger on the scale. In the case of the medical industry, the government smashed the scale and took the purse strings. Only the cronies benefited. YOU now pay utterly outrageous premiums, co-pays and deductibles. There is NO hope that this will ever change in your favor. And no, subsidizing it doesn’t help. That money is immediately baked into the next years profits of all the cronies involved. YOU will never see a break!

And so it goes with college loans.

And so it goes with the mortgage industry. Lenders know the government will buy up every loan. Realtors know this too. So every week prices creep up and up. Real Estate values are as artificially high today as they were 2006-2008. It is a government mandated scam. But it is nothing compared to the stupid idea CN and other morons are proposing.

Chevan Nanayakkara says that UBI will not provide people “dignity”. CN says this is because that cash will just be added to the cost of goods and services, especially rent.

Well, even a broken clock is right twice a day. Unless it is a digital clock on military time, then it is only right once a day. Even that is closer than CN gets to the mark.

He argues that UBA is the answer. Give everyone housing, education and medicine. There! Everything is fixed and everybody is happy.

Oh, if only.

Have you looked at the condition of almost every low-income housing project where the government pays the rent? They are almost without exception rat infested, drug addled, crime ridden shit holes. That’s because the tenants did not earn their shelter. They are under no threat of losing it and they have no stake in the condition of any of it outside the confines of their little portion of it all. The property owners are obligated to do a certain minimum to keep the subsidy money coming in. Enforcement on this is very slow. So is the work most of these landlords provide. They don’t have to compete on the market to get tenants. For the tenants, the shit is free! All they have to give up is their security and their dignity to get an apartment. There is no dignity because there is no pride of ownership; no sweat required to have it.

Do this for all and you multiply these problems by infinity. Who will say what the size and quality of you housing will be? The government! And you will not own it. Because the system will be run by the government, it will be utterly inefficient. They can’t provide dignified, efficient housing for those who NEED it NOW. How the hell are they to house the entire population? And if the law says it is universal, how can anybody own a home?

In the byzantine regulations governing the building and upkeep (what little there will be) of these wonderful government quarters, a supply of materials will be required. From day one of UBA every manufacturer of drywall, bricks, nails, pipes, wires, windows, lumber, roofing, etc. will have an army of lobbyists, paying for the crony treatment, to get contracts. Once secured, they will cry poor-mouth every year. Every year the cost of building and maintaining this monster will rise artificially.

As with doctors who get sick of dealing with Medicare; as with the landlords who want to bilk the system for every dime, building suppliers will tire of the red tape. They will provide the barest minimum of quality and volume to keep the money rolling in.

Forget not that people like NC are the work coolies of the Davos/WEF cult. With the takeover of all housing, except that of those in favor (super-rich crony bankers and donors, and political whores), all of it will incorporate the smart city concept. That will be sold as a futuristic, comfortable existence. What it will ultimately be is you electronic prison.

At a time when we need to grow the population (with our own kids, not illegals), this system will be a sure fire way to discourage procreation. If you grow your family, you’ll have to beg the nanny state for larger quarters. And if it is granted, you will go on a waiting list. How the hell can you plan a family?

All of this is inevitable. No amount of regulation will stop it. It is the regulators and central planners who will CAUSE it. And who will you complain to? You will be at the mercy of the people telling you that this is a good thing. You will be told that if you fight back you are ungrateful, even unpatriotic.

Let’s remember the other Bobby Junior maxim. Once a government has taken a power, they will not give it up. These people are not going to admit a mistake and dismantle the UBA nightmare. They’ll just print more money and throw it at the pig they created.

So the government (local,state and federal) who destroyed healthcare, destroyed advanced education, and at up to $30k per student is graduating functional illiterates from high school, is going to run the most basic need for the population? Your shelter? Are you going to let them?

Warning: Look for places like California, Washington state, Minnesota or some other place where morons reign to create Potemkin villages showing happy people of all races and creeds living in a state of euphoria in their government owned homes and smart cities. Yes, if they pursue this nonsense with any seriousness, that will be the first big step to roping in the gullible.

No, Chevan. UBI and UBA are both socialist. UBA is the ultimate fascist idea. There must not be “universal” ANYTHING put in the hands of Uncle Stinky OR state and local government. If for no other reason, the very term “universal” makes your mayor, governor, legislatures and the federal piggy one, big, onerous blob. I don’t care your political stripe, if you have gotten this far you know you must reject this stupidest of all ideas. If you are Left of center, this is one time where you must reject the tribe or pay a horrible price.

A Frumpy Footnote

Frumpy Fani is back in the news!

As you might remember, Frumpy, Fulton County DA and girlfriend of THE STUPIDEST LAWYER in the country, Nathan Wade, was running a sham case against Trump in coordination with the Biden DoJ. For the truly slow, such coordination is illegal. Her boyfriend collected three times the going rate to prosecute the case, completely under her micromanagement.

At the end of November the case was dropped. The prosecution was utterly corrupt. But there was a question about whether the Trump team was right about voting irregularity in Georgia. At the time Team Trump believed it, but couldn’t prove it.

Well…

Three weeks ago, after getting their ducks in a row, the Team Trump was finally ready to sue the state to produce the voting records from 2020. At first the Georgia Dems said no. But, as I like to say, discovery is a bitch.

After reviewing their position, Georgia released the records and admitted that yes, there were 315k early votes that were counted inappropriately. Ballot tapes for the votes were not signed. They must be signed by an election official before the associated votes are counted. Other ballot tapes were “misplaced”. Oopsie! THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN THOUSAND VOTES! Trump lost Georgia by 11k votes!

Here’s my theory. Officials at key polling places knew there was shady shit going on in several areas, especially Fulton County - Hmmmmmm. The Dem officials were more than happy to pass on the ballots to be counted, and they were. But no one was going to be stupid enough to validate what they knew to be dirty ballots.

Arizona, with their “slow counts”as full of shit in their elections as Georgia ever was, would have been the last holdout to keep DJT out of the White House. After FIVE YEARS we find Georgia was an election sewer as we suspected. But we were called conspiracy nuts. We were right all along.

And how, other than A LOT of this kind of cheating, can you account for Biden accruing 15 MILLION more votes than Obama. Those same 15 million surplus voters completely disappeared in 2024.

So yeah, you can rest assured that Arizona with their “slow count” was as bad or worse. You can now hold your head high and say DJT likely won in 2020.

Many people, including election officials and Frumpy herself knew all this and hid it from the public in order to build a phony case against Trump. I think the present case against Georgia election officials should go forward, and Frumpy Fani should be disbarred and face criminal sanctions.

Blue State…erm…uh…Leaders

For many recent shows I have been banging away at the blatant dishonesty of the Dem party on EVERYTHING. The GOP isn’t a font, overflowing with virtue, BUT to even the most casual observer, they at least try to get it right once in a while. And they stand alone on simple commons sense issues. You can’t say that for the Democrat party.

Examples are everywhere you look. I keep saying once you see it, you’ll spot it every time from now on. As of late, several state governors have taken it upon themselves to fan liberal TDS and pick fights about things like child mutilation (they’re for it), ridding our country of illegals (they’re against is) and even hair styles. The fact that 90% of the normal adults in this country see their positions as moronic, including a majority of people who pretend to agree, means nothing to these idiots. They have no scruples and no dignity.

They pretend to be stupid because the Dems move as a witless mob - a tribe. Whatever popular Lefty TV personalities say, at the orders of their betters in the Davos/WEF cult, becomes holy writ for the tribe. The tribe follows mindlessly and parrots all the talking points and professional protest chants. It is very much like religion. The more outrageous a position staked out by tribal leaders, like Imam Kimmel or Cardinal Maddow, the more the tribal rubes feel obligated to cheer and promote that position. Once you understand what is happening, you almost experience empathetic embarrassment for them.

That is quickly squelched when you realize the results of the mass stupidity.

We’ll start with what seems like the silliest of the lot. But when you consider the motivation and the incredible dumbing down and racial infantilization it represents, it becomes more sinister and disgusting.

Josh Shapiro - Pennsylvania

If you haven’t heard about it, this one will make you laugh. Josh Shapiro (a strong candidate for the next Dem nomination) PROUDLY signed a law against - get this - hair discrimination. It now appears that a hairstyle is now a sacred racial issue. If someone says you can’t wear your hair like that if you work here…that’s right, boys and girls…they’re a RACIST.

Is there any area left in which the Left hasn’t played the race card? Is there any more ridiculous than this play?

This is an ammendment of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA) “expanding the definition of race to include traits historically associated with race, including hair texture, protected hairstyles, and religious creed.”

The first thing that jumped out at me is that there is not a hairstyle known to man that has been copyrighted by any race or religion. Every civilization since man evolved has had straight, kinky hair, braided hair. All have had a period in which everybody had dreadlocks. Dreadlocks grow like that because the wearer doesn’t wash it often and never grooms it.

The childish nature of all this is breathtaking. Here’s a quote from Shapiro’s cringe-worthy signing ceremony.

“This is going to help people by making sure that, wherever you work, or wherever you’re applying for a job, they can’t look at your hair and size you up—not based on your qualifications and all of the professional development you have and all of your education,” said House Speaker McClinton. “They will not look at your hair and decide you can’t work here. They will not look at your hair and decide you don’t belong in this C-suite. They will not look at your hair and say, ‘you can’t be in the boardroom.’”

Here’s where it gets sinister. Professional sports used to have grooming standards. The owners felt if someone was going to represent the uniforms THEY WERE PAYING FOR players would have to do so with class and professionalism. The New York Yankees kept the standards for a long time. I don’t know if they still do. While players on other teams were getting sloppy or clownish looking, Yankees would arrive and leave the games in business suits. There were no beards or long hair. I am not a stickler for hair standards. But I had to admit, the team looked like a serious, adult organization. And they were proud.

Because we have the right of free association, and because any company can design the image they wish to project, it was a given, among adults, that a job with any company would come with respect for that organization.

Any board, before this silly, childish shit got signed could vote on things like corporate grooming standards. Some boards all dress like adults because that is what adults do. But if a board wants the company to project a laid back style, tech firms used to big on this, they could relax the standards in any way they wish. Many tech companies since had learned that psychologically, people perform better in a more buttoned down environment. The techs might wear jeans and free wheeling hair styles, but the executives started dressing like executives again.

So Pennsylvania has set a a dangerous precedent here. A state government has decided to deprive any organization the right to project the image THEY feel is best for THEM. That is absolutely none of any government’s business.

My biggest concern with all this is dreadlocks. It’s one thing to want to have them. But the last place I ever want to see them in in a kitchen or at my table in a restaurant. These things are nasty by nature. If you wash your hair on anywhere near a regular basis, you won’t have dreadlocks. You’ll have messy hair. And these things tend to deteriorate and break away in clumps.

And these locks are the least likely to project the word “professional” in any situation, I don’t give a hot damn what race you claim.

It’s hard to believe that people in PA spent since 2018 pushing for this law.

“I want to thank Speaker McClinton for her tireless efforts — long before I ever became a member of the PA House of Representatives — to see this bill pass out of the House and Senate and now signed into law,” said Representative Mayes. “I also want to thank my staff; the statewide PA CROWN Act coalition of over 100 organizations, businesses, unions, municipalities, and entities that have garnered public support for House Bill 439 all across this Commonwealth; and Dr. Adjoa B. Asamoah, the CROWN Act champion who has led this fight for years at the federal level; the national CROWN Act Coalition; and so many more.”

That many people worked YEARS on this nonsense? Have they nothing better to do?

And did you catch that? “At the federal level…” If we, as a people allow this nonsense in Pennsylvania remain without facing the scorn and ridicule it deserves, and the Dems get back in power, we may soon see laws enacted at the federal level saying that if you try to protect your own organization’s standards, YOU will be sparking a “racial” incident.

And that is precisely the intent of the legislation in Pennsylvania. Create a new problem that didn’t exist before and abuse a new power.

JD Pritzker - Illinois

Oddly enough, I just watched the Bears win a squeaker last night against their nemesis, the Packers. So this next segment has left me with mixed emotions. It looks like the Chicago Bears are considering a move to Indiana.

It’s your standard sport arena story. The team wants new facilities, so they expect the taxpayers to pick up much of the tab. The local politicians are mulling their options. One way or another, by talking a lot of smack about teams generating revenues that never seem to do anyone any good, especially in shit holes like Chicago, tax payers in Illinois or Indiana will get stuck paying to house a $9 billion dollar ball club.

I have always been adamantly opposed to this kind of dirty dealing between clubs and cities and states. It’s a naked and ugly form of cronyism. The Bears could sell shares or issue bonds to fund the entire project they envision.

Full disclosure: I love the old rust belt football teams. When they move, the game loses something. But I would love to see Brandon Johnson (moron mayor of Chicago) and the Prickster left with egg on their stupid faces as the team leaves town. These two, especially the Prickster, make me sick.

Johnson has an excuse for saying stupid things. He really is a true moron. He’s the kind of moron that believes in Lefty propaganda. He might be the stupidest mayor in the nation. And we all thought that honor belonged to his predecessor Beetlejuice Lightfoot.

Although I call the Prickster an idiot, the attribute is only an affectation on his part. He pretends to be an idiot because he knows his voter base, drone-like members of the Dem tribe, will all pretend to believe him.

The Prickster is basing his presidential hopes on a fight he’s picked with ICE and the federal government. Pretending to NOT understand even the most rudimentary law, he has threatened federal law enforcement personnel with criminal sanctions for doing their job. He knows they have not only the right, but the absolute obligation to remove illegals from the country. He knows they have the authority to do that job from sea to shining sea. He knows he has no authority to stop them, and if he gave a shit about his constituency, he’d let them do their job and move on. So he pretends he give a shit about illegals sucking up his state’s resources.

THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU!

And this is too tempting a prospect. He has presidential ambitions. His feigned stupidity will get him on MSNBC damn near every day. It will increase his name-recognition. This will have the drones cheering him even as they take a measure of what a true asshole he really is.

Professional protest organizers, working in tandem with city and state government, have created a notification system about where ICE and other federal law enforcement will be working on a given day. Panty-clad man buns and drama queen shrews then turn out to try and get on TV and live streams creating an AstroTurf “confrontation” with the feds.

So far, I think the agents involved and the few cops that help them have been incredibly patient. These fake do-gooders do everything they can to make the work needed more difficult. They crowd the right of way and block vehicles. They chant stupidly. When they get too antsy, they get a spritz of pepper spray. If they hit or push agents, they get cuffed and stuffed, as they well should.

The Prickster has been calling the correct response of law enforcement “violence” and “terror” against the people of Illinois. The goofball mayor says the same basic thing. All the political whores, mayor, governor, state and city officials involved, are encouraging their citizens to fight back against what the law requires us to do. They are pushing them to keep the city streets of Chicago and other areas of Illinois mired in illegals. They are doing everything they can to provoke real violence. The Prickster wants, more than anything, to see someone get seriously hurt. They want blood in their own streets.

Instead of letting ICE do its lawful work, they want to create a problem so they can say they are working for the people to “fix” it. And the drones cheer.

Illinois and Chicago: You keep voting for these people who don’t give a crap about you. They are self-serving. They are dishonest in ALL things. They are perfectly happy to see their black citizens gunned down every single week. They are more than happy to see housing and other services strained beyond limits. They live well. They don’t care how you live. They’ll feed you crumbs to keep you ignorant, unemployed, apathetic, dependent and pliable. Kick these morons to the curb! Take you lives back!

Tim Walz - Minnesota

Before I launch into this monument to muck, I want to make a point about the latest evidence of his incompetence.

The fraud scheme being uncovered in Minnesota, a billion dollars at a time, is NOT only happening there. And the root of the problem goes back to Biden’s and Obama’s illegal abrogation of their responsibilities for our borders. YOUR government helped them to learn where the cracks in the system were, and how to exploit them.

I read a report years ago about “non-profits” and “NGOs” and “religious groups” all lavishly funded by George Soros as well as YOUR tax dollars. As soon as the illegals would cross the border and get their Obamaphones, these corrupt entities would immediately start coaching them on how to game the system. They learned how to get entitlements, how to game Social Security, the works.

These criminals in Minnesota are just doing it all on a grand scale. And there is NO WAY they are the only ones. When the government gives away our tax dollars corruption ALWAYS follows. When they piss away your wealth as they did during the pandemic, the corruption is beyond measure.

And so we get to the epic idiot, Tim Walz. In the eyes of most American, his stolen valor bullshit was enough to mark him as a world-class loser. But there is so much more.

Chief among which would be his gleeful rush toward child sexualization and child mutilization. He proudly spearheaded programs, based on an Instagram fad, to destroy the lives of potentially thousands of children. It would have been unthinkable enough if he just confined this evil to his own state. No! He arranged for parents or other adults to carry kids from other states across state lines to visit the heartless quacks in Minnesota to have their minds twisted, be loaded up with hormones (for the rest of their lives), and to have perfectly healthy body parts removed to create the illusion they are a different sex.

When an organization is led by an individual like Walz, morale suffers. I mean, if the boss can do stupid things, right? The boss and his friends in the state legislature can cheerfully enact laws that go against reason and the morals we were raised with. They do so entirely against decency because it’s trendy with teenagers who are mostly on the spectrum and raised by people like the boss. Well, when you look at life through that lens, why not take some money from people running a benefit scam.

I mean, hey! It’s not like these foreigner scum and their enablers are cutting little girls tits off, right? So if he can act athwart basic reason and human decency, then I can double my income without pangs of conscience.

And so, among the many things wrong with Minnesota, we get the importation of Somalians and other Arab foreigners (Thanks, Barry O. Thanks, Joe Duh.), along with the tricks the “non-profits” taught them. It wasn’t long before the smarter ones understood what would happen if massive numbers of Somalis were to “apply” for SNAP benefits, housing money, money for child care, money for taking care of autistic kids.

Walz said the fraud problems in his state are his problem and he can handle them. Well, if he can handle them, why didn’t he handle them? And no, Tampon Tim, when the fraud involves billions of tax dollars provided by the federal government, the fraud is OUR problem. YOU are an impediment to fixing it.

The federal government finances a lot of this stuff, but it up to the state to oversee it all. There is NO WAY…NO WAY THIS SIDE OF HELL, that the dollars flooding into so few communities weren’t spotted. There is certainly NO WAY that information didn’t reach Walz’s office. When you don’t want to be left holding the bag on something you go the the boss and say, what do you think about this? And in numbers this big ($9 billion and counting) he goes to his boss and so on. SOMEBODY in the governor’s office said, uh sir, you need to look at this.

When nothing was done, because the governor is a frightened wimp, or in the game himself, the game became an orgy. We know the party was in on the scam. They were collecting many hundreds of thousands in “campaign contributions”. People were coming in from out of state to participate in the scam.

What we see now in Minnesota, with Walz crying about the federal government “weaponizing” ICE and the DOJ, and “attacking” his state, is just his desperation. He is trying to limit the fallout from crimes committed by his new, big party donors. And by thwarting ICE, he is trying to keep those donors from being deported.

But it’s a finger in the dike. They knew. We know they knew. They KNOW we know they knew. So, knowing all this, the Dem bullshit machine is in high gear. They are playing the race card. They are calling Trump a dictator simply because the administration is doing it’s job. They are claiming legitimate acts of law enforcement are the same as the “lawfare” they carried out for the last 10 years.

Walz, and all the governors I feature here are pretending to not understand the simplest laws. They are proclaiming for all to hear they are too stupid to grasp anything regarding immigration enforcement. Walz is saying he and all his political hacks are incapable of catching billions of tax dollars being stolen so nakedly in their state. And their drones in the tribe are screaming, “Yay! We are too stupid, also!” The Dem party has come to see their mass ignorance as a point of pride!

In other words, they continue to be what I have been describing since Episode 46.

This is YOUR Dem party at work, all day, every day on ALL issues! Gaming the system and playing you for a chump, about every single issue, is all they have [to offer].

Once you see it, right? The propaganda scam never ceases. Keep the drones mired in ignorance!

Gavin Newsom - California

I saved the worst for last. This guy is, by an order of magnitude, far skeezier and slimier than all Dem governors combined. All he has - AND I MEAN ALL HE HAS - is Hollywood image-making and propaganda to offer his citizens. And soon he’ll be offering that lame ass shit to all of us. And, unless the USA grows up real fast, half of you will eat his shit sandwich and ask for seconds.

Glamorous Gavin, while doing his podcast, and assuming the life of a king, has presided over the worst state homelessness crisis in American history. He is presently taking advantage of thousands of people who lost their homes1 to the LA fire, by doing a naked land-grab of those damaged properties. He is also using green scam legislation, he oversaw passage of, to do massive land grabs of excellent, multi-gernerational farm and herding land in central California. More on those scams in a second.

He is also, like his counterparts in this episode, dong everything he can, much of it illegal, to thwart legitimate efforts to enforce immigration law.

And like the Prickster, he also works in tandem with a mayor (Karen Bass of LA) who one would have to redefine the word inept to reach the depth of her ineptitude.

In short, Newsom wrecked what was left of California when he took power. California has long been the place where stupidity took root before the Left would take it national. It has been for generations more expensive than it needed to be in order to fund socialist ideas, which never succeed and always enriched cronies. But before the streets where normal people lived were clogged by homeless lunatics and drug addicts - before those streets were spattered in human shit and drug needles - Californians remained proud of their state. It does still have pretty places to live.

But since Newsom’s rise California is setting records for expatriation in real numbers and by percentage of population. He is chasing citizens out of their state because it has become unlivable AND crazy expensive at the same time (excuse that one - I dare you). He is also chasing people out of the Democrat party. I know a few. People of all races, Dems all their lives, are realizing how unconscionably they’ve been played.2 And they are now some of the best spokesmen for the Right.

After the fires in the hills over LA, Newsom, and that slug Bass, made a a splashy announcement. We will remove the red tape California is famous for in order to let people in the hills rebuild in record time! And then they didn’t. It was a lie when they said it. They were already laying plans to dictate what would be built to replace those homes…because they said so.

Newsom doesn’t own those homes. Bass doesn’t. They are private property! But that didn’t stop them. They know all they have to do is make the permitting process harder than it already was, and they did! They know that the decision for all these people to rebuild would be a function of time and/or money. So they made it as difficult as they possibly could. They WANT their own citizens to abandon their homes so they can build their little smart cities in the hills. As of early November - last month - only 6 permits were granted for people to rebuild.

The plan is to get the dirty, unwashed poor out of the streets where commerce takes place and up into the electronic prisons in the hills. You can bet they will use the smart city model to do this as Davos cult members have already said they should do in Maui after their Lahaina fires. And why not, Bass and Glamorous Gavin are Davos acolytes themselves. Doubt me not.

The true intention behind the “low income housing” they want to build on stolen property is sharing the loot with cronies. This is how it WILL shake out. Snake-ass Builders Inc will bid to build the crap in the hills. They will submit plans to create an urban Valhalla in the sky. The price will be incredibly reasonable. Then the architects, engineers and planners will get involved. The state charges a pretty penny for this work and the builder will pay it and mark up the cost to profit from that exercise. Day by day, they price will climb, just like the stupid train to nowhere.

Gavin won’t complain. Neither will his successor if he is a Dem. Bass won’t balk either. They will collect huge political contributions and other goodies. When they leave office they will generously serve on special boards regarding the rebuilding, PAID FOR BY THE BUILDER! When all is said and done, the city and state will have spent 5 times what the original cost of the project was whether it gets built of not. Newsom, Bass, the builder and other hacks will retire wealthier than they already are. Newsom and Bass have already played out this con many times already.

People say Chicago is crooked. And it is. But California thrives on the big con.

I’ll do a quick hit on the other land grab and we’ll wrap it up.

In Central California there is land on the coast that is perfect for grazing. Ranchers have been working the land for generations. But it is very pretty coast land. Beautiful people like California Dems and their crony developers have coveted the land for almost as long. And now they have an angle to steal it.

Using bullshit green laws, because cows fart, they have rezoned the area as too precious for use by those mean old ranchers. They are closing easements. They are raising taxes on the ranchers to make their work unsustainable. Then they say we, the beautiful people (corrupt Dems), will build low-income housing there. And if you believe that last part you’re a sucker.

They will drive these people from their land. Then the land will be bought up for pennies on the dollar by developer friends of the Dem party and in this case, Greasy Gavin. They will build not one square foot of low-income housing. Instead they’ll announce that it would be better to build structures that enhance and and blend with the beautiful landscape. And those properties will sell for a shit pile of money. And back and forth that money will wash between the politicians and their cronies. You will watch this develop. OR you can join the fight to stop it now. Step one is clearing ALL the Dems from the state house and governor’s mansion. Step two is making sure the GOP knows you’re serious. Shame them into stopping it if you have to.

I’d be happy to tell you where you can go to fight for these ranchers, but in the maze of committees and foundations, I can’t make heads or tails of who is really fighting for or against the ranchers. They all have such pleasant names. That too, is intentional on the part of the government side of the ledger. I’ll research further and get back to you on that.

There is so much more wrong with California. They too, for example, are HUGE advocates of child mutilation because it proves many people are still gullible enough to be played and still follow. They have water nightmares of their own making I’ve cataloged here many times.

Wake up, America!

We all know we’re being played for chumps. Even the people who pretend to believe people like Newsom and Pritzker know it. Whatever normal people there are in the Dem tribe need to gut it up and quit the con artists. Their game to too transparent for people of dignity to continue to play along. If you make you way to the Right, you’ll find you are not only welcome, but appreciated. On the Right, you have to make a lot more noise. You have to let people know that you are not a schmuck of the big con. You need to get involved in the process and punch back on all the things that are making Western culture a pale shadow of what we once were.

There will be sunny days if we can shame people like to ones we featured here into obscurity and irrelevance. Carry on smartly!

The thing I hear most from folks who’ve made the shift to the political right is how pleasant they find the move to be. They find the GOP and conservatives specifically to be warm, pleasant and well-grounded people. It runs out we are not the rabid, Trump-worshiping, racists monsters hacks like Newsom told them we are. Surprise!

Do you drink bottled water? If so, you are among the biggest suckers ever born. And there are LOT of you. I rank among your number. But associated with this world class con job are the even bigger suckers. Those are the people who live where the bottled water companies rape the local water supply.

There are so many aspects to the scam.

First there are the sad sacks, lied to by companies like Poland Springs when they show up to empty their aquifers. Those companies then move on the their next bag of rubes.

Before we get into the details of what the government and cronies are doing to our drinking water AND WHERE WE ARE DOING IT, you might want to check out this optional primer. It will add mind-blowing perspective to what was already an utterly avoidable disaster. You can watch it now, or go back to it after this episode. But I highly recommend it as a companion piece.

Modern society has long since provided a simple and safe way to supply drinking to the population. It’s one of the few jobs I think the government (local and perhaps state) should be doing. With vanishingly few exceptions, like Flint, Michigan’s money saving water project, we’ve gotten our money’s worth.

And we have no end of ways to carry that water. We have thermoses (thermi?), sports bottles, even camel backs. And yet, almost all of us have been conned into paying too much to carrying those cheap, crinkly, chemical-leeching bottles around with us everywhere we go. Although convenient, an honest critic must ask, how much convenience do we need.

This, to say nothing of the insane waste that the bottles create. They are difficult to recycle. The ones that make it into a recycling bin MOSTLY end up at the nearest landfill anyway. Or (get this) they are exported, along with tons of other waste, to some Asian country where they will cull the crap they want discard what they don’t - right into the nearest waterway. And guess what they never want. Ding! Ding! Ding! That’s right. Those damn bottles.

I am no fanatical environmentalist. BUT - the rate at which we discard those shitty water bottles is utterly unsustainable and inexcusable. (That reminds me. I have to start research on my K-cup episode!) It would be one thing if we HAD TO have these bottles. In that case, I would say people before animals. But that just isn’t the case. We can correct the problem immediately by simply reusing those sports cups most of us have sitting around the house already.

I know, I know! I might as well demand you sacrifice your first-born.

The thing that makes us all suckers is that we presently pay more for a bottle of tap water than we do for gasoline. And do you know why we do? It’s because the companies involved (Nestle, Coke, Pepsi and others) know exactly what to do to make you THINK you NEED there stuff.

Some of us are old enough to remember the early advertisements for this crap. They would show you a mountain spring. You could almost feel how cool and fresh the spring was. A soothing announcer would tell you that if you drink Poland Springs or Evian or Deer Park, it would be like touching your lips to this babbling brook.

In fact they were pumping from bore holes and in some cases regular tap water.

They all got busted in that lie years ago. When they were found out, there were some lawsuits and a bit government scrutiny. The lawsuit impacts were laughable. Nestle was required to offer $10 million in discounts (offset by price of course) and contributions to various charities. The executives at charities were surely were bought off along with the local political whores we’ll discuss here in just a bit.

And did the public look at the companies and say well you lied, so we’re not buying your overpriced shit anymore? No! The industry has expanded wildly since. Once it became obvious the public would buy anything, the bigs just moved there operation from the wells right to local water utilities in towns across the country.

The lawsuits taught them a few things, so when they went to small rural towns to tell them they were going to haul millions of gallons per year from their water supply, state and local politicians are already bought off. They also anticipated those pesky “do gooders” messing up their scam, so the town suddenly gets a new gym and day care center paid for by Coke or Nestle. And all the little leagues (football, baseball, hockey, etc) and their equipment are paid for. WHAT NICE GUYS THEY ARE!

So instead of listening to reason (You can’t let these guys drain the aquifers and hope it will be okay!) the towns turn on the do gooders! Don’t mess up a good thing. We get goodies from these guys. Do you have any idea how much it costs to have our three boys into football?

The bottlers know something else too. The Left has turned alarmism about EVERYTHING into a cottage industry.

Idiotic Fig Leaves

Did you ever notice those asinine public statements that are released by companies caught red-handed being assholes, AFTER somebody gets killed? Boeing is a shining example. They had two generations of being one of the safest companies in the world. Then Wall Street jackasses took over and intentionally shit-canned all the things that made the company great. Then after several inexcusable and deadly events, they put out a bunch of bullshit about how they are ramping up their safety programs in a “continuing effort” to be super duper safe!

Similarly, after wrecking the drinking water supply of multiple communities, and continuing to do so in countless more (where is going to freak you the hell out), one bottled water company put this lame ass statement out.

Committed to positive water impact

We work tirelessly to care for our water sources. In 2018, we committed to certifying all our bottling sites to the Alliance for Water Stewardship Standard by 2025. This standard requires us to act on local water challenges. Additionally, we’re using our expertise to help regenerate water cycles where we operate – implementing more than 70 projects for our 40 water sites by 2025. Those projects will support work to aid reforestation, restore wetlands, and use drip irrigation among other methods to reduce water withdrawals and help nature retain more water than our business uses in its operations.

Ultimately, collaboration is at the heart of water stewardship. To review the sustainability of our projects and make sure they address local challenges, we’ve established an external panel of non-governmental organizations and academia. Together, we can make a positive water impact.

We’re also working to reduce our overall impact. We’re now using recycled PET plastic across most brands. And our ambition is to create a circular economy for plastics, reducing our virgin PET plastic use by a third by 2025 and collecting as many plastic bottles as we produce by 2030.

Well first, I’ll believe that last goal when I see it. Pigs will fly and hell will get mighty chilly. But more than that, it doesn’t solve the primary problem. These companies are competing with the communities they rape for every drop of water. And since the local politicians are put on special boards paid for by the companies, or just bribed outright, and as I said, the town is bought off with goodies, it becomes like Little Orphan Annie fighting Mike Tyson. The fix it in.

And did you notice the opener? “We work tirelessly…” It implies that this is an ongoing reality. They pay highly trained copy writers to pump this stuff out so you’ll believe it. And they pay well!

Okay, I’ll Stop Teasing…Where are they pumping water from?

The locations in the link that jumped out at me were the Dasani locations in California. If planners knew anything about long-term water needs - or cared - Los Angeles and San Diego would have been tiny whistle stops on the way to the Baja. Nobody in their right minds would have grown a sprawling metropolis. And it is here that Dasani gets A LOT of its water!

Check out the embedded video from earlier. California already drains neighboring states for their water. The contracts allowing this are lopsided and abused in favor of California. And with 54 electoral votes in play, federal political whores have no interest in hammering out a new agreement.

So the insane damage is two fold. The augmented California water supply is always strained to deliver. Then these water scammers come in and draw inordinate amounts of H2O from that. Added to that is the insult of surrounding states having their reservoirs drawn down to dangerous levels to feed the bottling companies and California’s presumptuous usage.

Our state and federal governments do a lot of stupid things. But this is beyond stupid. The lack of reform shows how obtuse your elected whores are. I’ve said it countless times on this program. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!!!

So California is a water nightmare. If they run short on water it will be because they ran their neighboring states dry in the process. The answers to that problem are in that embedded video primer.

But what of areas where water is abundant? I lived in southern Mississippi for a few years. We were just north of Biloxi ans Pascagoula. The water table was very high. Why not harvest water there for bottled water? The answer is simple. Those areas are what they are because of the high water table. You can’t just pump from the bayou because the water is brackish and the gulf in that area is a sewer.

Further, if the bottlers decided to see it as a gold mine, the water situation would change very quickly. So would the environment. This cannot continue. It’s too stupid for words.

There are so many things that must change and quickly. We need to utterly shit can any vestiges of Davos/ WEF. We need to completely overhaul education, which will start by busting NATIONAL teachers unions and flushing “social justice” indoctrination from our schools. We MUST beef up our power grid and rapidly expand our power sources - coal, natural gas, hydro and nukes. We must scrape our streets clean of illegals, especially Islamist political freaks. There are too many “must do” items to list here. You’ll find most of them in my archive.

Affordability

I often get mad at Trump because he fires from the hip and his words often don’t convey a coherent message. I am fine with something he said tonight. When the Dems talk about “affordability” it means nothing. It is a bullshit term they have found polls well. They have not answer ONE as to how to create affordability for anything, for anyone.

In fact when the government tries to create the illusion of affordability, they invariably leave costs, to the citizen, the same if not worse. They also increase the overall costs to the taxpayer. And their banner “affordability” issue is proof of their double dealing bullshit and the naivete of most citizens.

I repeat: Once you see it, you can spot it every time from then on. I refer, of course to the complete reliance by the Left on deceit and emotional vapor in their every issue. And “affordability” is such an issue.

Addled by their lack of grit and communication skills, too many on the Right are now making pleas to the effect of we can do affordability too!! Too lazy to consider their own use of terms, they often adapt the bullshit terms of the Left in order to “fight back”. It’s embarrassing to watch. What must be done with the “affordability” nonsense and point out the worthlessness of the key word and then build an adult argument to crush it.

Conventional wisdom says politicians ought not try to communicate complex issues. The attention span of the voter is too short, they are told by their smarmy handlers. Keep it simple. Blurt out simple-minded phrases. At best, go for snarky. (For the record: Snark is the purview of adolescents, so the GOP, as a group, is not as skilled with its use.)

I will break down how stupid the smarmy handlers are in two ways. First, they rely almost entirely on the 30 minute news cycle we see on cable news networks. Then they exploit it incorrectly. Instead of trying to be clever in this medium by adapting the stupidity of your opponent to fight same, use the short cycle to pound away at the primary point. In this case, tell the listener that the term “affordability” is an empty bullshit term, and tell them why. Make the medium your friend.

It wouldn’t hurt if popular GOP figures coordinated their messaging a bit, as the entire Dem party and the entire MSM do every single day, on every issue.

The other reason the handlers are stupid about the networks is because they are a dying medium dedicated to the defeat of all conservatives. By all means, be present on the medium and sharpen you arguments as we’ve already said. But put your energy into the prevailing medium. Long form, digital content. Streaming.

The conservative message has always won in the long form environment. Talk radio has always been a smash for the Right. That’s because you have so much valid content that it is hard to get it all into a 3 hour program every day. On the Left you don’t have that. People get sick of the empty bitching, sloganeering and constant victimhood after about 15 minutes of any radio show.

We are, for the same reason, crushing the Left online. Rogan, Kelly, Carlson, the late, great Charlie Kirk are inundated with quality content and WE are the beneficiaries of it all. The countless moderates and libertarians are just as good for us since their most popular work skews obviously Right. The Left can’t contrive enough BS to keep normal people glued. All they have are a minority of diehard rubes.

So that’s the messaging. When it comes to “affordability”, what is the message? Easy. One man’s affordability is another man’s bankruptcy. While dividing and subdividing America on most issues, they pretend that “affordability”, one assumes affordability of life in general, is the same for everyone. They pretend they think the great central planners in Washington DC can make life “affordable” for EVERYONE! YAY!

The costs of goods continues to rise, even though Trump said he would bring prices down! Pretending not to see Trump’s statement as ham-handed hyperbole, clearly meaning inflation, they think they have a point here. But again, that point is only fodder for fools.

I have always had a headache with DJT making such a claim. First, it’s not his job. Second, since 1913 the Federal Reserve (the real government) has maintained a system of constant inflation. Except for times where certain commodities and durable goods were suddenly in huge supply, prices across the board in America will forever go UP! There is no way to change that without firing the Fed!!!

Excuse me for a moment. When I said “firing the Fed” I was momentarily, sexually aroused.

So the GOP, and more specifically adults know that no government can do anything remotely related to bringing prices down. What they CAN do is bring inflation down. That is what the Donald was speaking of in his goofy campaign language. And that is exactly what the GOP has done.

That hasn’t helped with health insurance, education and housing. They continue to spiral upward. Without exception, the cause has been Dem programs where the government meddles in these sectors. The only way to brings costs down in these sectors, to make them RELATIVELY more affordable, is to get the government completely out of them. These are the largest of the socialist programs shoehorned into an other wise free market.

No matter what goods or services the government might endeavor to “fix” in terms of “affordability”, the result will ALWAYS be increases in costs in that sector and rampant corruption within the sector.

The GOP would do well to hammer away at the concepts I introduced in Episode 46. In that show, I said something that applies to “affordability” as easily as all the other bullshit issues Dems create.

This is YOUR Dem party at work, all day, every day on ALL issues! Gaming the system and playing you for a chump about every single issue is all they have. Keep this in mind as my next show unfolds. There is nothing in the Left’s agenda - crime, ICE, Immigration, boats blowing up in the Caribbean, the trans fad - based on fact or genuine concern for a single citizen. The goal, since Obama, has been to tear down what they don’t control and increase control of those they do, like Blue dump cities. The Left has NO HONOR.

I have been banging away at this ever since. I will continue to do so every time we see it. They will make it easy to point out in almost every episode.

“Affordability” is another among the countless manufactured issues the Dems will “fix” by taking more power unto themselves and more corrupt money (stolen from you under the same false pretenses) to share with their cronies and overlords. Keep showing people how once you get it, you’ll see it every time.

Priorities and Realities

We have a stack of priorities we want the federal government to deal with. The weak among us, weak of mind or weak of character, wish the federal government will fix all those priorities for us. The strong, the grownups, want the government to get out of the way so we can solve most of them. Of the priorities the government must deal with, the one thing we can say is that the administrations is doing a better job of that than the last two Dem regimes. And so far, the GOP in Congress has been slightly helpful. Such help is slipping due to the lack of courage available on Capitol Hill.

If you were to catalog ALL those priorities for the grownups you’d find a huge stack that runs from getting the government out of private business and scraping illegals from our streets. From tariffs/no tarriffs, ending government-approved sexualization of children, slashing red tape and regulation. Get out of the way of beefing up the grid, building all manner of power plants. You work you way down the stack until you get to the bottom where we decide what to name the next post office that gets built in suburban Peoria. At that point, if ever, you get to where we are actually worried about drug-running scum getting atomized in the Caribbean.

Drug running on the high seas is recognized as piracy. And there is no quarter given for that. It is not a crime to destroy the means of their piracy. If they are killed in the process, so be it.

There was that stink about Hegseth giving “verbal orders” to kill them all. That was blatantly obvious Lefty BS, and the record bears this out. For starters, in ops like this, the pilot isn’t on the phone to the Pentagon. And Hegseth bailed on the conversation early. The scene commander did a fine job in taking out that boat on 2 September.

But what of the survivors desperately clinging to the wreckage? Again, the exaggeration is SO DEM! There were two guy, probably blown out of their shoes who climbed back aboard. They were spotted trying to salvage that which got their boat blasted to begin with. We also monitored communication between the boat and whoever they answer to.

All that means is mission NOT accomplished. The boat and the cargo were still in the game. They were still viable targets. So…boom. If the two crew members been a bit smarter about the technology that led to their unfortunate circumstances, they’d have been smarter to stay in the water and “cling” to what was left of the boat. Had they, I think it’s a safe bet they would have been plucked from the drink and sent to Gitmo. They chose to continue being pirates.

Along with the sedition video, released by Kelly et al, because the Dems intended to manufacture a problem over 2 September, the survivors “clinging” crap was just more of the endless deceit and emotional drivel provided by the Left.

Once you see it… Right?

When next we meet, we’ll discuss the bottled water scam and how, combined with other water issues, it now threatens to do real damage to all of us. That will be combined with an older argument about water in the southwest. You’ll want to dig deep on that one, or regret not doing so later.

In my previous episode, we talked about the pre-planned chicanery and dense blanket of deception surrounding J6, the mini riot and the pretend bomber on 5 January 2021. I said specifically that this is the way the Left operates at all times, in all things. It isn’t just J6 or the trans fad. It is every major issue. NONE are dealt with maturely or honestly.

The previous episode was a primer. The idea was to display the true MO of the Dems, so you could recognize it every time from now on.

Take the effort to scrape illegals from our streets and send them home. The effort is perfectly legal. The federal government has not just the right, but the obligation to see to it that there are NO illegals presiding in our country. The fact that so many of these unwelcome foreigners are, resulting from the efforts of exploitive pricks in both parties, does not make it okay.

Our own government has ignored its own laws to facilitate slave wages and dirty elections. So now that there is an administration sending these people home, you have an entire party behaving as if you’ve taken their property away from them. The Dems and the illegals they trying to protect, workers and freeloaders alike, have come to feel entitled to the flow of illegals and special treatment from us.

The Dems created the problem, ignored all the consequences of skewed employment values, crime, drugs, human trafficking and are now fighting their own government in the streets to keep the illegals here. And the rhetoric, as we’ll see with our main topic is off the charts for dishonest and childish. They refer to ICE operations as “violence” and “terror”. They talk about “our kids”, as if to say all kids, are afraid to go to school because ICE might come and “kidnap” them.

For the record no one believes any of that. Most of the Dem party pretends to, as they pretend to believe boys can be girls, socialism can work, the laptop was a hoax, Biden was at all cognizant, Hillary was a good person, and Tim Walz is a man. These are all fantasies. These are just battles picked in lieu of ANY actual, workable contribution to society. They are tools to tear down what works, in the hopes of acquiring power (or more power in the case of Blue dumps) for themselves. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU!!!

But it appears as if they’ve gone too far with the rhetoric this time.

A Naked Act of Sedition

I can just see the self-righteous twenty and thirty-somethings coming up with the stupid video idea and giggling as they showed it to the morons who made the video we’ll discuss. The morons jumped right in because the kids told them social media would eat it up. And this stuff is edgy and will get a lot of likes. None of the speakers in the video gave a moment of adult thought to the project until asked what the fuck the video means, and their brains froze.

None of the speakers can provide any background for the nonsense in the video, not a scrap. All they’ve done since the video came out is repackage the bullshit, with zero substance, over and over on TV news and Lefty podcasts.

Let’s jump right in.

The format has become a familiar one and a favorite of the Left. A gaggle of knuckleheads popping up reading a script. They edit in the various speakers beginning and finishing each other’s sentences until you have a complete presentation.

We’ll leave aside the overly-scripted, low rent, unoriginal, lemming-like, drone quality of the format and get right to what message there was.

The video opens with insulting condescension of our national security communities - you are working so hard. You are under so much pressure right now. The drones follow that up with an over-the-top gratuitous charge.

Kelly: “This administration is pitting our uniform military and our intelligence professionals against American citizens.”

When challenged several times since, of course, they have no example of this. It’s just one of the seditious lies blurted out in the course of the video. They go on about domestic threats to our constitution and talk of how we military types took an oath to protect said Constitution.

Gee, douchebags. Thanks for that info! We, your lessers in your military, never knew that!

Again, when asked, they have no threats to speak of. If they were serious, they wouldn’t have done the middle school production to tell us. They’d just tell us - chapter and verse what the hell they were talking about.

But in a wild leap to an empty conclusion these scumbags tell the military and intel community they can refuse illegals orders. Then one particular scum bag (Chris Deluzio) ups the game:

“You MUST refuse illegal orders”.

What illegal orders, you might reasonably ask. In a joint statement, these assholes said they were referring to NO such existing orders. They claim they were just standing with the troops and protecting our Constitution. From what? If there are no illegal orders, then on what issue are they standing with the troops? If they cannot articulate what areas of the Constitutional law apply here, then we know what they did was a stunt.

And here’s the setup…

The idea behind the video was to tee up later propaganda intended to kick off actual mutiny in the ranks. Kelly, Slotnik and company would make vague non sequitur remarks about orders now. Then later, other even more stupid political whores would call out an order (perhaps killing drug runners in an Caribbean) the say is illegal and should be disobeyed. The charge would be sent out as a talking point for the drones. Then, it would be hoped, people in uniform would start to disobey orders. AND THEN (hang on to your ass Fred - this may all still happen) the same people who started all this shit would say, LOOK! DONALD TRUMP HAS LOST CONTROL OF HIS OWN MILITARY! or some such panty clad nonsense.

Every person involved in the production knew, or should have known that what they were doing was detrimental to good order and discipline in the military. But Mark Kelly is a special case here. I found his tweet and his wife’s tweet, defending the middle school stunt, entertaining.

is a 25-year Navy combat pilot veteran. He served our country with strength, courage, and integrity, dedicating his career to protecting us and upholding our constitution. Today, the President of the United States called him a traitor and demanded he be executed. It is dangerous and wrong. Americans of all political beliefs need to stand up and say so.

Yes, Kelly had a career in the military. Since the video, he has been making out that he was the most heroic guy since Sergeant York! How all that figures against the video is anyone’s guess. I know they all call themselves “brave” for making the stupid thing. But in reality, if Markie boy was such an amazing hero, he’d know better than anyone just how offensive and dangerous his little stunt was.

I have often said not every person to strap on a uniform is a hero. Some are downright dishonorable. Consider that fat face, REMF Alexander Vindman and you’ll know what I mean. Kelly wasn’t the snake Vindman is, but he has demonstrated throughout his political career, that he will prostitute his uniform for any advantage. And that isn’t anything new. Let’s consider a REAL hero and what HE would become.

John Glenn was an order of magnitude more heroic the Mark Kelly, although their careers are similar. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if Kelly had modeled the exploitation of his uniform off the example of Glenn.

Glenn was the real deal. He flew fighters against other fighters in WWII and Korea. He racked up kills against other skilled pilots bent on killing him. One of his nicknames was magnet ass for all the rounds (air-to-air and surface-to-air) that would hit his plane on a given mission.

With a significant career under his belt, Glenn was chosen as one of the original Mercury astronauts. Back then you DID need balls the size of mayonnaise jars to fly in space. The earlier manned launchers were that same things we were launching intercontinental warheads with. The Atlas rocket Glenn rode into orbit got most of its vertical rigidity from the fuel within the skin of the rocket. The vehicles were dangerous.

With only tiny windows to look through, Glenn had to take control of his ship in space and actually fly the thing. Most maneuvering in those days was timing and seat of the pants since you likely couldn’t see where you were going. Glenn would then go on to cash in his uniform and notoriety from NASA for a career in politics.

Kelly sounds almost laughable trying to pawn himself off as special for political gain, and NOW connecting it all to the middle school video stunt. SO BRAVE!

First, his career as a military pilot. A good thing to be certain. He and thousands of others jumped in their planes and flew missions in our national interest. Where would we be without them. BUT…

“Next to my plane” is a relative term. The kill window for anti-air missiles if pretty wide. Up to a few hundred feet. And even wider to dust your aircraft with shrapnel. So let’s keep it honest MISTER Kelly. You saw an anti-air missile pop within sight of your aircraft. Certainly that is enough to pucker you asshole, but let’s not exaggerate. And as with the video “explanations”, I fail to see how his piloting days apply to anything.

And he’s no John Glenn. Hell, almost every mission Kelly ever flew was against wildly inferior, reduced, and sometimes non-existent defensive systems. While real heroes, like Glenn, fought countless air battles, Kelly pretty much delivered the mail…flying well above the ack-ack…with a close call on one occasion.

The same comparison applies to Kelly’s whiz bang space career. Again, for the most part, the Shuttle was not actually piloted locally. The ship was primarily driven by gravity and computers. The pilot was tasked with jobs like tapping the maneuvering jets to roll the craft to a specific attitude. Really cool work, if you can get it. But Kelly makes out like he was at the controls, flying the Shuttle like it was a B-17 over the Ruhr Valley.

The same is true of his Shuttle commander talk. While it is an impressive position to receive, it is a rule-by-negation role - a bellybutton with a very specific brief should things go sideways in space. Had he pulled the shuttle through such an ordeal, on the order of an Apollo 13 kind of thing, then surely he would be a world-class hero. But having the job title Shuttle Commander accords you nothing outside NASA and cocktail parties.

We’ll make one more pass on our real military hero as compared to the guy who likes to infer, rather ham-handedly, that HE is a hero. After John Glenn did actually kick ass in the military and at NASA, he rode his fame into office. I blame neither him nor Kelly for doing this. Throughout his career, Glenn certainly turned his back on principals he knew to be correct, things he learned in his military career, to stay in power for decades. Not unusual, same as Kelly. And in the end, the Marine did disgrace himself as ranking member of the Thompson committee investigating dirty money going to the Clintons. The money was in exchange for providing the Chinese with technology and assistance.

Glenn’s primary maneuver while the committee was in limited session was to run out the clock by bringing up Monica Lewinski and harping on about how, “It’s all about sex”, when it had nothing to do with sex. For his efforts, Glenn got an extra ride in space as cargo on a Shuttle mission. Pretty slimey. This is a slight similarity between Glen and Kelly.

But after decades of watching Glenn I can say one thing with confidence. If a bunch of staffers and PR people came to Glenn with that middle school production about “illegal orders”, he would have, at a minimum laughed them out of the room. He might have given them a raft of shit for coming to him with such a stupid idea. Someone MIGHT have even lost a job. Because Glenn was a thinking adult. In his sluttiest moments in the political zoo he would never have so blatantly and publicly fucked with the stability of our military chain of command.

So you would never have seen Glenn, or countless other military professionals from the past having to use their war stories (in their cases, real ones) to get out of trouble for being stupid, as Kelly is doing now.

Trump declared publicly that what the people on the video did was treasonous or seditious. There is an argument to be made for that. He said the penalty for such acts could be death. Again, an argument could be made.

And that is why we are once again being subjected to Kelly’s exaggerated hero status…from Kelly himself! I saw a missile explode! I was an astronaut! And Donald Trump wants to kill me! Again, all the drama of a middle school girl tarted up to be manly.

It’s worth mentioning that Kelly even prostituted the attempted assassination of his own wife on the Kimmel show. His message is similar. My wife was shot because people say things. So no one should accuse me of doing what I did because that could lead to political violence! Okay, so we all need to shut up then, right?

While all the idiots in the Illegal Orders video have earned our scorn, and hopefully legal consequences, I have clearly singled out Kelly for a case of the red ass. He is the one who most likely could and SHOULD answer for his behavior. His position in the military alone, without the stories, should have informed his refusal to participate in the stunt.

And THAT is what cuts to the ONCE-YOU-SEE-IT quality of Democrat deceit I spoke of in Ep 46. Even as they are already hung by their own petard, their own video, they are all hitting the airways spouting the stupidest explanations for the stunt. In one interview, Slotkin can not cite a single thing the video might actually be about. But she then says the video was just something they put out because they were trying to get their message out urgently.

Really? No it wasn’t. If it were urgent, they would have had a real reason to put it out. They would have put our a very specific statement.

The video was a planned, scripted, intentional cheap shot. All the speakers read the whole script from end to end. Editors then sliced and diced the raw footage until they created the order and cadence they wanted. Then it was posted as a social media post.

If Slotkin wanted to say something urgently, all she would have to do is call ANYONE in the sycophant media and she’d be on the air immediately.

Standard play. They create a problem (in this case, likely commit a crime). Then they pretend to be helping with the problem. When their stupidity and bad behavior are exposed, they double down with more deceit. And, the MSM carry their water no matter how stupid it all looks.

Watch any news feed, especially Dems “helping” with new stuff, whether it’s Carville or AOC or Newsom or Crockett. But it can be any subject. You will see emotion and deceit. You will rarely, if ever, see honest commentary or legitimate initiatives.

It’s been a long couple of months. We’ve had several trips to Philly, we had mom’s funeral, the holidays and a few sick days. I even shut down the “undisclosed location”. I don’t know what the future holds. I have no guests on the roster. But I suspect we’ll have much to discuss soon.

Last week I was cruising home from the undisclosed location. I had Glenn Beck on Sirius. He spoke with breathy drama about two things in this particular segment. First were details about the riot on J6 and a story he’d break the next day, which he characterized as the biggest scandal of our lifetime. The latter may actually be that, IF the story can be collaborated on the record. More about story 2 in a bit.

Story 1, January 6, Glenn gets himself into a state about cops shooting these tear gas…things…[Glenn searches for the terminology]…these projectiles directly at protestors! As he shouts and sputters, a picture develops in my mind.

On that day, you had protestors crowded into an alcove below the west portico. They were pretty much hemmed in by following foot traffic. They were loud. Some had banners. Some were angry about the election certification. But so far they weren’t doing anything. The cops on the portico were in zero danger.

Then, as we knew from three years ago, cops on the portico started pinging the crowd with pepper balls and possibly bean bags. We were told that it was an effort to get the crowd to disperse. One of these cops was a chickie named Shauni Kerkoff. It appears near certain that she did a lot more then play carnival shooting gallery on 6 Jan. More on her later.

Of course, any cop worth half a roll of shit paper would know to direct such pain inducing rounds at the back of the crowd first. If THEY didn’t get the clear message to haul ass FIRST, hitting the front or middle of the crowd would cause one of two things - a stampede or a real fight! They didn’t get the stampede.

People in the front of the crowd immediately enraged looked for any means to fight back. Some people from the back, witnessing the sport on the part of the police, joined the fray.

As I said, we knew all this. But Glenn was going off about these “deadly projectiles” as if they were discussing a technology he never experienced. Keep in mind, he is the owner of a Byrna launcher. According to Glenn, his family all carry Byrna launchers. It is a commercial, less than lethal, self defense system, legal in all 50 states, that fires pepper balls or non-chemical projectiles (I call them thumpers).

So when Glenn was sputtering about these…these…tear gas projectiles!!, I’m interpreting that as canisters…grenades, the big boogers you see smoking and spiraling down the street in real riots. And Glenn is telling me that cops are shooting these things directly at the heads of protestors. THAT would certainly be new information! Obviously it would be footage we’ve been deprived of until now!

Remember, I am hearing this for the first time on the radio. I can’t wait to get home and pull up the video. And I did. Pepper balls! Just like those from a Byrna. And compared to Byrna’s flagship weapon, 100 fps slower. Christ, Beck!

This is not a criticism of the work done by Stan Kephart, who consulted on the piece. He demonstrated clearly that 1) At the time they started pumping pepper balls into the heads of protestors, there was no riot yet. And 2) how at least one of the scene leaders panicked in a pathetic show of cowardice. The quote: “‘We need munitions! Unload! Unload it all! Take ’em out!’ The same type of idiotic coward shot Ashli Babbitt, who was unarmed and giggling (literally with her hands above her head, holding the window frame), as people pushed her through a broken window from a capitol stairwell. That idiot coward has been promoted since and gets bonuses for some strange reason.

The drama and pretense that surrounded Glenn’s reporting on this were over the top, even for him. He repeatedly referred to the risk of death from the LESS THEN LETHAL weapons used. The headline on the Blaze’s 4 Nov article even states police repeatedly used “lethal force” on protesters. This is inexcusable. If it were true, and protesters were repeatedly hit in the head (they were), there would have been brain matter all over the alcove.

Were pepper rounds used irresponsibly? Yes. The cops had nothing but a sea of heads to fire at. Is there a slight chance that if you catch someone in exactly the right way, you might kill them? Yes. If that risk were the least significant - even measurable, one of Glenn’s biggest sponsors would be out of business. Byrna’s CL fires at 400 feet per second. And as Glenn says every day, it’s a safe alternative for self-defense. You can disable a bad guy without killing him. But goddamn, you’ll leave a welt the size of a grapefruit on the bastard.

Beck repeatedly talked about people getting hit above the waist. Check out the training target for a Byrna launcher. Oh, DEADLY! Oh, DRAMA! BUT THAT WASN’T THE STORY! And since Glenn advertises for a company who makes these “death machines” it shatters his credibility on an important issue. The story was how a mob, that was a part of a larger protest, was turned into an angry mob. We also know there were provocateurs laced into the crowd goading, and in one case smashing windows, trying to get the crowd into an even greater frenzy. This will all be connected to the next story and paint an ugly picture of our government going to insane lengths to create a crisis that DID NOT exist. ALL to get Orange Man. ALL to salve their TDS!

The fuss about pepper balls was a distraction and couldn’t be more convenient for the government spin doctors. Thanks for the drama, Glenn! You might have even given the gun control fanatics a new target. Perhaps you can let Stu break the real stories from now on so we don’t have layers of breathy fluff and smoke added to the mix.

The whole dust up on J6 ended with a silly walk around the building by protestors, along with a number of people who didn’t even know why they were waved into the building, by Capitol police, from areas where there was no unrest.

Before I move on, don’t take any of this as a complete repudiation of Glenn Beck. His network is a great source of information. Beck’s researchers are the best in the business. He is not afraid of controversy. He has MANY times over decades saw what is coming before it happened and took grief for it. I think he is a good man and his programs are entertaining and enlightening, as his intro says. But he is sometimes dramatic to the point of distraction.

In the way Trump steps on his best work with stupid comments and petty pursuits, so Glenn will bring Drama or very narrow religious views into the secular arena and leave you saying, “Now, why the hell did he do that?” It’s a small fault in the grand scheme of things.

So what else did Glenn ferret out about J6 and surrounding events? That answer, if you haven’t already seen it, will piss you off.

Another GOVERNMENT stinker from J6.

After years of outright denials, we now know there were federal agents working the crowd on J6. Many of the provocateurs were so obvious, that before the cops started popping people with pepper balls for…shouting…for being at a certain spot…pockets of the crowd were pointing at agents and shouting, “Fed! Fed!”, and laughing at the clowns.

Also, after years of “not knowing” anything about the J6 pipe bomber, even offering a big reward, we find out the government knew quite a lot. We also learned that scads of important evidence was tampered with and corrupted. Not a single head has rolled. Why?

As is the case whenever the people need information to hold real government scoundrels accountable, the information oozes out like a difficult turd. The idea is always to try to run out the legal clock on the crimes involved (Comey, the Crackhead, La-titty-ah James, etc.) or create fatigue in the minds of the public on a given topic and hope we move on to more idiotic distractions, like Jasmine Crockett.

In the case of avoiding justice in the J6 bombing, the tactic seems to be working.

Here we are, four years later and things the government has known since ‘21, things the justice crusaders, Bongino, Bondi and Patel have known for 10 months, are only now starting to breach the surface. With it comes as much of the old confusion preserved as possible.

There are so many examples.

For starters, we have cell tower data, from all the carriers. The “geo-fence” investigation narrowed the potential key data to ATT. Now, keep in mind, as soon as they found the device at the DNC, the tower search started and ATT was among the carriers told to preserve their data from a broad area of Washington DC. But when the FBI went to ATT with specifics about dates and times, ATT basically said…OOOOOOOOOH! THAT data. Yeah, you’ll have to go to Firstnet for that.

Why would they have done that? Firstnet IS a tool, with an ATT backbone, reserved for first responders. But before getting a specific request, why would they have shunted a digit to Firstnet? And why would all these digits be those surrounding our bombing suspect? So that was the first “roadblock” placed. Then the data “accidentally” got corrupted. ATT blames the FBI. The FBI blames ATT. Oh, how convenient. But this should have been just another hurdle.

The fact is, the data still exists. And the sooner a forensic search takes place, the easier it is to recover lost, deleted or corrupted data. But the previous administration was intent on NOT fixing this problem. And now, ten months after they knew this, the crusaders are just getting around to trickling out THIS tidbit.

Now, more than 4 years later, finding and isolating that data would be an amazing feat. So, for the FBI, ATF and DOJ people at the time and since, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. Another dead end added to the mix.

Then there is the bomber.

What geo-fencing data we do have indicates one person was seen in the key areas, caught on video traveling to and from the areas, had an ultimate destination which was the home of a friend who had been visited frequently. That’s a pretty narrow result. The lead suspect is now Shauni Kerkhoff, a Capitol Police officer, fits the data eventually provided by ATT.

While the video data from the RNC and DNC were clearly tampered with, video footage from the routes followed by the suspect that night, an extremely circuitous route to BOTH destinations, is really clear. The deciding factor experts are relying on are gait analysis (Kerkhoff had a slight limp) and cell tower data.

We are just getting this info. The feds have had it for years.

So where did the perky young cop end up after all this, and being on a very short list of DNC/RNC bombing suspects? Why, she got a job with the CIA, of course!

It puts me in mind of the panicky idiot who shot Ashley Babbitt. He had a long record of being a fuck up. He lost his shit on J6. He was promoted to the rank of CAPTAIN no less, and has received bonuses! There was no public disclosure of the procedures surrounding the discharge of his weapon and there was no interest whatsoever in a real investigation. The closest we got to justice was a buy-off BY THE GOVERNMENT of the Babbitt family. $5 million. Byrd walked free and clear from what was clearly a bad shoot.

Why was to government so protective, even obsequious of Byrd? Simple. Among the garbage bag of fuckups there were on that day, the root of the problem was Nancy Pelosi and HER police force. ANY real digging into events that day would have led to REAL disclosure. And disclosure is a bitch. Once real facts started to emerge, many people, including Byrd and Pelosi would have taken it in the shorts.

By keeping mum and paying off Byrd and the Babbitts, they kept the lid on most of the problems until the bogus J6 committee could finish their theater and destroy key video and testimonial evidence. All that and an endless stream of sewage about insurrection and DJT, and you’ve got more than half the country on to other things.

But let’s get back to Kerkhoff.

There was so much about the evidence we see now that was discarded like a used rubber on a San Francisco sidewalk.

Despite the tower data being corrupted, they clocked her phone. They matched it to the video of the hoodie person and then to the home of Kerkhoff’s friend. Then it appears everyone involved in the investigation said, “Well, never mind. We’ll just stop here and call it a day.”

The shoes were identified by brand and model. A cursory check of purchase would have led to a pair being purchased by the bomber or someone close to them. Who was the guy seen walking his dog, who might have actually spoken to the the suspect? Where is the info about that interview? When did the police crash through the doors of the home where the prime suspect ended his/HER night? What did that person have to say?

The refusal to fully pursue these leads indicates to me anyway, that the federal government, in cooperation with capitol polices and people running Firstnet, perhaps EVEN some of our present day crusaders are in on the fix and utterly confident that despite the clearly sloppy and incomplete coverup, they have nothing to fear.

Sadly, they may be right.

In Episode 45, special guest Wilson Bartholomew Harrison Chester Keith Hendrix Rostov Hangchow Smith mentioned the shooting gallery the cops set up above the crowd on 6 Jan. He mentioned a connection to 5 Jan. That connection is more symbolic than legally significant, but also a real insult to the American people and every person who served one minute of time associated with the J6 mini riot.

After her apparently busy tour of Washington DC the night before she got to bean protestors on the head with pepper balls or thumpers until they got pissed enough to climb walls and fight back (something they weren’t doing prior).

As far as the the bomb planting is concerned, this is not proof of guilt on Kerkhoff’s part. The mask and hoodie, which activist assholes find so convenient these days, do a good job of masking the ID of the bomber. But the forensic evidence we do have is VERY informative. REAL investigators, honest investigators, would have pursued it all and put this scam to bed years ago.

And it’s not lost on me that after 4 years we are just getting a whiff of what happened on Jan 5 and 6. This matches a constant pattern. Create the problem. Then slow-walk the investigation and information. Then as the clock runs out you say, Boy! We had them…but that statute of limitations…ya know?

ALL of what we are discussing here is just one long scam. The fake bombs at DNC and RNC. Pelosi and Bowzer refusing the National Guard BEFORE J6, the feds in the crowd, leaving the Capitol Police short handed in a crowd situation, ordering cops to ping protesters, the “corrupted” data, the J6 Committee, the insurrection talk, the MASSIVE “investigation” to round up hundreds of people for BEING THERE, all of it was one piece of theater. The Babbitt shooting almost blew it up, but they got around that by shutting up the screw-up cop.

This is YOUR Dem party at work, all day, every day on ALL issues! Gaming the system and playing you for a chump about every single issue is all they have. Keep this in mind as my next show unfolds. There is nothing in the Left’s agenda - crime, ICE, Immigration, boats blowing up in the Caribbean, the trans fad - based on fact or genuine concern for a single citizen. The goal, since Obama, has been to tear down what they don’t control and increase control of those they do, like Blue dump cities. The Left has NO HONOR.

The least critical glance at anything Dems say or do, keeping everything I’ve said here in mind, will allow the lights to come on for you, if they weren’t already. Identify the game once, and you’ll see it play out on every other issue. You’ll see it all for smoke and mirrors and adolescent snark, rather than reason and fact. You’ll be free.
