Pasifika health providers are dealing with a surge of Covid-19 numbers, while trying to help families through the changed contact tracing process.

Pasifika people now make up around half of the cases in the current Omicron outbreak.

Most of them are in the Auckland region.

University of Auckland public health professor Dr Collin Tukuitonga spoke to Māni Dunlop.
