The 2021 Oakleigh Chargers premiership player dominated the 2022 NAB League Girls season. She is Vic Metro representative then went on to make the NAB League Girls Team of the Year and AFLW under 18 All Australian team, Fleming has also represented Vic Metro in cricket, following in the footsteps of her father and former Australian paceman Damien.
