Welcome to Passionate Life Church! Pastor Ben Borger, our Care Pastor, brings us the word today! Pastor Ben breathes truth from scripture about the blessings we receive when we physically act out our obedience to God and his plans for us.

Welcome Home!

-----------------------------------------------------

physical obedience brings spiritual release.

So, as we look at that I want to define for you the two elements of that statement.

Obedience in the dictionary is defined as “dutiful or submissive compliance to the commands of one in authority.”

In simple terms for us as Christians it means hearing the word of God or knowing the heart of God and acting on it.

Exodus 17:5-6 NLT

Daniel 10:2-3 NKJV

Daniel 10:11 NKJV

Joshua 6:2-5 NLT

Philippians 2:5-11 NLT

How do we know when God is calling us to be obedient in doing something?

1. Read the Bible. - Psalm 119:105 NIV

2. Pray - James 1:5 NIV

3. Holy Spirit - John 16:13 NIV

Joshua 6:2 NLT

Revelation 3:20 NKJV

The Greatest Revival in History: The story of Nineveh.

Welcome to Passionate Life Church! You've probably been hearing the word "revival" a lot recently. Let's jump into scripture and see the greatest revival ever!

Welcome Home!

-----------------------------------------------------

Jonah 3:1-10 NLT

3 keys to moving us to personal and community revival.

Humility-Honor-Holiness

1. Humility

Matthew 18:4 NLT

Proverbs 15:32-33 NLT

2. Honor

John 5:22-23 NLT

Ephesians 6:1-3 NLT

3. Holiness

Hagios: set apart by (or for) God, holy, sacred.

In contrast, our current worldview is that everything is common and profane.

Satan's plan is to take what God has set apart to be holy and make it common and profane.

Leviticus 19:2 NLT

Whatever belongs to God is Holy. NLT

How do I become or stay holy?

By staying or becoming faithful.
