The issue is that the installation company is ignoring his emails and texts. They say the manufacturer has sent him the new ones but they have never paid him for labor to replace the bad inverters. So, the installers and the manufacturer are just pointing fingers at each other. Further more, the array is not matching the app on his phone. So, there is not way of knowing which panels to lift up and swap inverters. Major deal and huge lesson learned.
