Today we'll talk about the difference between living in your ego and living in your divine spirit. We'll also discuss how these two polar mindsets affect our ability to ask for help when we need it, as well as how to help someone who is not open to receiving any.

Journal prompts to shed your egoic mindset and fuel your soul:

1. What makes you afraid to open up to someone else about your struggles?
2. Think about the last time someone opened up to you about their own struggles. How did that make you feel?
3. How do you believe others view you? What words would they use to describe you?
4. How do you view yourself? What words would you use to describe yourself?
5. When's the last time you asked for help when you truly needed it?
6. What are you avoiding at this current moment? Why are you avoiding this?

Step one: Work to become your most authentic self.

Step two: That's it, the people who are waiting for you will find you.

In todays episode we will talk about how each of the following contributes to authenticity:

• People pleasing tendencies.
• True, meaningful connections with others.
• Comparison and copying.
• Releasing what no longer aligns with us.

1. Who are you when no one is watching?
2. What do you value in relationships? What do you not tolerate?
3. Who/what inspires you the most? Why?
4. What scares you? What makes you angry? Sad? Anxious?
5. What's something you could you talk about for hours upon hours?
6. Would you consider yourself to be a people pleaser?
7. Write about a time where you felt like you didn't belong. How could you embrace your uniqueness in these moments?
