Season of the Mountains is here and with that, we are uncovering lots of obstacles that surface while in the midst of healing. Arguably, the biggest obstacles we face in our healing journey is actually ourself. We often self-sabotage without realizing it, making it habitual, and much harder to shake. In today's episode we will cover what self-sabotaging truly means, some reasons why I believe we default to this method, and ways in which lots of us may be self-sabotaging on a daily basis.

Step 1: Write a list of the things you are currently prioritizing in your life.
Step 2: Write a list of all of the things you should be prioritizing to reach your goal(s).
