Is the Antichrist coming soon? Most of us Christians believe we are living in the last days.  The spirit of Antichrist is already at work throughout the entire world trying to bring us into a one world economy and government.  I remember not long ago, the concern of radical Islam rising everywhere. Most of us remember the attacks on 9/11, then in Paris, France and also one in the nation of Belgium.  However, you need to know that the spirit of Antichrist  will be worse than anything we have ever seen before.  He will prepare the way for the coming false messiah whom the world will receive with joy.  Shortly, after his appearance will come great destruction.

Do you know who Lucifer is? Lucifer, at one time served as one of heaven's principal angels.  He was an archangel and an anointed cherub.  Do you know that Lucifer had everything you could think of, until he was expelled from heaven for a rebellion.  Pride blinded him and set him on a destructive path that affected 1/3 of all heaven's angels.  If God was the senior pastor of heaven, you could call Lucifer the associate pastor who had selfish ambition because he was never grateful for all that he had.

Our God is a God of order, not chaos or confusion. God will give us a consistent divine order and pattern that will be seen in His word when dealing with the Baptism in the Holy Spirit that will never confuse us. When Jesus commanded his disciples to wait for the promise of the Father in Luke 24: 29, it is important that we find and establish a precedent of what is the evidence of this promise of the Father, also called, "the Baptism in the Holy Spirit."   Today, we will find the apostles evidence and a pattern in the Book of Acts which gives us proof of receiving the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. It will not be confusing, but a common denominator every time it is mentioned both in Acts and today.

Pentecostals call it the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. There are baptism in the holy spirit verses that explain a wonderful and necessary experience that Jesus told His disciples to wait for before they begin the great commission.  It is called many things. Charismatics call it the Infilling of the Holy Spirit.  Whatever you call it, Jesus was serious about it in Luke 24.  Jesus wants us to have a 3-fold relationship with the Holy Spirit.  May we never sell ourselves short of all that Jesus wants us to have.
