Comedian Paul Provenza shares what drives his creative storytelling that we've all enjoyed for decades.

Paul Provenza has created some of the most amazing comedic masterpieces of our time. Paul co-created the documentary The Aristocrats which is an exploration of one joke told by generations of comedians. Paul's interview with George Carlin provides the backbone and analysis explored in this amazing movie. One hundred superstar comedians (Robin Williams, Paul Reiser, Bob Saget, etc) tell the same very, VERY dirty, filthy joke--one shared privately by comics since Vaudeville.

Before Comedy Central Paul Provenza created one of the first comedian-only interview shows, Comics Only. Part of HA! (which became Comedy Central) Paul interviewed the likes of Bill Hicks, Tom Wilson, Louis C.K., and Steven Wright.

Paul evolved the concept of Comics Only into the beloved The Green Room on Showtime! The Green Room gave the world a realistic peek into the lives of comedians hanging out in a green room discussing various topics.

Paul also created The Set List show. The Set List is stand-Up Without A Net a show created with Troy Conrad where comics are unaware of the setlist they will be performing.

Paul is currently working on a documentary of Doug Stanhope's favorite comic, Andy Andrist.

Paul shares so many amazing stories involving Patrice O'Neal, Otto & George, George Carlin, Phyliss Diller, Tom Wilson, Billy the Mime and so many more.
