That’s what most of the world is calling the peace deal Trump brokered between Hamas and Israel. Many world leaders—including President Trump himself—are claiming that true peace is not only within reach, but may have finally arrived in the Middle East.

Forgive me for throwing in the proverbial wrench, but to those who know their Bibles: this is not true peace. It is merely a pause.
