When we believe we are right, and we MUST be right, it is stressful...and also can be difficult to let go of.
If I let go of this, I might be too passive, I might lose motivation, I might find myself lost, I might never change (gasp), says the mind.
Who would we be without thoughts about whatever is happening at all? It doesn't mean we'd be passive. We might be more active than we ever imagined.
