Aloha Beloveds
Thank you so much for tuning in. This is the first question and answer podcast that I have recorded. Let me know what you think of the format, and if you have a question that you would like answered on the podcast, please reach out to me @wildsacredsage (Instagram) or email [email protected], contact me via my website wildsacredcollective.com.
The structure of the podcast:
Intro
Question from Sandra
Answer to the questions she asked:
How do I know which Chakra needs attention?
How long should I spend on each Chakra?
Should you work on the Chakras in order for Root to crown?
How to set up a daily practice at home.
The Meditation/ Self reflection practice for this question is addressing the first question:
How do I know which Chakra needs attention?
Adapted from Anodea Judith's incredible book Eastern Body, Western Mind, I have recorded a self-reflection that goes through each of the Chakras Root to Crown. Listen to the recording, and journal after you complete this meditation, writing down anything that comes up. You can also journal as you listen, writing down realizations or reflections that come up. If you feel overwhelmed or flooded at any point, pause this meditation and you can always return when your body is feeling safe.
There is a lot in this reflection. Take your time. Be gentle with yourself.
There is also a lot more to go into and learn about Chakras and how it is a path to healing and awakening. If you have further questions, please ask. I also offer 1:1 coaching and healing.
Please let me know if you found this podcast helpful, and what you would like to hear. I welcome questions about Yoga, Embodiment, Tantra and Relationships. If there are particular meditations or visualizations you would like to hear on the podcast, please let me know.

Welcome to the first of my Wild Sacred Sexuality series. This guided meditation and breathing practice is called "Connecting Heart and Sex," and is directly from Sexual Awakening for Women: A Tantric Workbook by Dr Shakti Mari Malan. The the intention of this practice is to open and connect the receptive Sexual Feminine Energy of your Yoni, with the Unconditional Love of your Heart and Breasts. Then, allow these energy centers to nourish, support and amplify one another as you learn to cycle prana (life force energy) in your physical and energetic bodies.
This is an intimate recording, and includes some beautiful anatomical and metaphorical descriptions of a woman's body. You can benefit from this practice if you are biologically female and want to connect your physical and energetic Yoni and Breasts, and/ or if you want to connect with your inner feminine Yoni and Brest energies and the interplay between them (regardless of your biological sex or gender identification.)
Make a nest for yourself. Ensure that your body is very comfortable, able to move and make noises, and not be interrupted before, during or after this practice (give yourself time to integrate and ground after, going outside in nature barefoot or swimming naked is ideal, or taking a bath, practicing gentle Yoga, or drinking a nourishing and grounding mug of Cacao). Trust your body. You cannot do this practice 'wrong.'
This is a beautiful practice to do first thing in the morning to awaken the energies you want to receive and share, before making love with yourself or another person, or in the evening to wind down into a blissful sleep.
Please be aware that Wild Sacred Sexuality practices may (and probably will) awaken memories, emotions and energies that may have been frozen. If you need support healing, integrating and expanding, please reach out about 1:1 coaching work, or find a Sexuality and Embodiment Coach or Sacred Sexuality Circle of loving people to support you.

This meditation focuses on our capactiy to respond, to become responible, in our lives. We begin with breath awareness and body scan. Then, using the metaphore of a rafting down a river, we explore how living from open hearted awareness enables us to respond to the inevitable whitewater and changes of life. This is JTM- Just the Meditation. With today's guided Meditation and Visualization you will enter into a space of deep relaxation and safety so you can learn from and release any fear that has you in it’s grips. This powerful practice helps you live in greater authentic alignment. There are a number of fears you may encounter on a daily basis. Without knowing it, you may be ruled by fear instead of leading with love. Fear can manifest in many forms. It leaves us feeling unsettled, agitated and worn out. These may be less tangible fears, such as the fear of speaking our truth, the fear of creating something new, or confronting something that feels overwhelming and painful. They may be more tangible fears, such as the fear of illness or loss. Fear will metastasis if you don’t shine the light of awareness and move through it. There are lessons to be learned from the fear. Beyond the fear, through the fear, there is greater space for love, connection, and creativity. I invite you to take this opportunity to listen within, connect to your internal guidance system. The wisdom that lives in your bones. The wild power within you.
Before and after this practice I recommend journaling.
Before reflection questions:
What am I afraid of? What fear do I want to understand and release?
Post Meditation questions:
What did I learn? What do I want to remember? What are my next steps?
The mantra you can take from this meditation to help you in any fearful situation (You can use this one or create your own!)
“I embrace the love within me. I trust the love that surrounds me”

This is a powerful practice that can be used anytime you are experiencing stress, anxiety, or in a situation that has you feeling angry, frustrated, or not at ease in any way. This is a meditation and reflection that can be done in stillness, with a journal, or out on a walk. Take this practice and use it before you react to anything that has you feeling distressed. This will help you respond in a skillful way to whatever situation you are encountering. This will allow you to check in with yourself and process what is going on before you take rash action, or say things that lead to more conflict.
This follows the acronym of BALANCE, and you can remember to use these tools in any situation. Honestly, if you just use the first one you will find greater peace. Use the first 2, 3, 4 or all 7 and you will have the skills to navigate many challenging situations.
A short 2 min version of this will be available as a Thanksgiving Gift.
