She is co-host and co-producer of The Daily Reflection Podcast and has been a leader in the professional and business development field for over 30 years. She currently runs professional development and sales training for one of the largest real estate brands in the world, but as a nutrition and wellness coach, her true passion is in helping people find wellness and recovery in all areas of life.

Michael is a Software Developer, Podcaster and active member of the recovery community with over 7 years of sobriety, one day at a time. About Selwyn Jones: Jones, 54, lived an unassuming life as a father, husband and hotel owner in Gettysburg until May 25. That’s when his nephew died in Minneapolis. Officers attempting to arrest Floyd pinned him to the ground with one officer holding his knee to Floyd’s neck until he died. It’s a moment — eight minutes and 46 seconds, actually — that sparked outrage and demonstrations across the country. Looking back, Jones said, God put the Minneapolis events into motion. His nephew, he said, was a sacrifice intended to make a difference and spark Jones into action.

Kori says, "I got sober at 21 on 01/16/17 after getting a DUI and blowing four times the legal limit the night before. Four years and some change ago. I would say the kind of person I am is a free spirit trying to spread as much love and light to the next alcoholic. I love nature and have a lil hippie heart. For work- I just left treatment. I did every position for over 3.5 years. I am now a customer success manager in a tech company to expand my skills in a different field. I also run groups for treatment part time. I just started a little spiritual/ crystal online shop as well. And I'm in school to get my real estate license!
