What a great podcast with, Jas!
Wow.
So much value in this that I'd be doing it a disservice to even try and talk about the "good parts"
It's one you'll have to listen to from start to finish.
ROUND 2 WITH, NAT!
Post Tokyo Paralympic Games!
Welcome to the People First Podcast.
Today, we have the ever amazing, Nat Browne.
Nat is the Deputy Chef de Mission of the Australian Paralympics team. From the time Nat saw her careers councillor in high school she knew that this is what she wanted to do.
Nat loves helping to facilitate the dreams of people who’ve faced massive adversity in their lives, and how she has learned to be humbled by the many blessings she has from the lessons these athletes have taught her.
Nat's an amazing mum and wife, and loves her sport, so she’s managed to combine her passion, her love of organisation, and nurturing personality into a successful career.
Sit back, relax and let your ears feast on this amazing Podcast.

Kirstene is a 25 year old teacher of Life Design, online business coach in the personal branding space and leader of the @the530club.penrith. She wears quite a few hats but they all have a common thread; empowering people to unlock what lights them and working in alignment with their purpose.
In this episode, we explored her story - from a traditional Maltese upbringing to matters related to self-worth to unlocking her passion (a major component of healing self-worth issues), as well as designing her career in alignment with those passions. She was never willing to settle for a job that gave her a “Sunday arvo dread” and she graciously (but sternly) challenges people to not settle either.
KC is running a free two-day mastermind on Tuesday 13th April-Wednesday 14th April via her FB group - The Side Hustle Movement - which will focus on helping people unlock what lights them up, as well as how they can create an authentic online business with that at the forefront.
For access to that mastermind, follow KC on her socials, reach out to her DMs (she loves to chat) or look out for the opportunity to secure your spot in her mastermind (replays will be available).

Divinia released her debut single during Covid and has a repertoires of over 30 original songs.
What an amazing, honest and vulnerable conversation I had the pleasure of having with my good friend, Mark.
In this episode we chat about Marks battle with Alcohol and how he has been sober now for 7 years.
Mark shares with me how he implements daily practices to help keep him ticking days off on his sobriety.
Sit back, tune in and enjoy the next hour.
I had the absolute pleasure of spending a whole hour with the very interesting, Steve Dromgool.
