On today's episode, I sit down with Christine Nichols from Relentless Runners and share a conversation about pregnancy, running, mindset, pelvic floor health and so much more. Christine is a certified pre/post natal coach, RRCA certified running coach, co-founder of Relentless Runners and founder/creator of Bump Runner. Christine shares the lessons she learned through running through her pregnancies, her top tips for women wanting to run through their pregnancies/stay active, the importance of the pelvic floor (PLUS what it is and how to find it!) and more. You can connect with Christine on Instagram and find more about her (amazing!) pre and post natal programs at Bump Runner.
