Peter Grosz, who played the iconic callous oil lobbyist Sidney Purcell, joins Matt and Tim as they recap Episode 4: “Chung”.
SYNOPSIS: Dan and Amy attend a book launch for Gov. Danny Chung, a charismatic Asian-American war hero, who Selina worries could be a political threat. Following an interview on Meet the Press, a slip of the tongue by Selina is misconstrued as a racist dig at Gov. Chung. The VP and her team go into recovery mode, trying to take the spotlight off Selina by visiting the sick and injured at a local hospital.
Peter talks about how there were a lot of rehearsals despite the show relying heavily on improvisation - the cast had to quickly get used to trying out things on set that ultimately didn’t make the cut.
