Voters in the Bay Area will get a chance in June to decide the fate of a ballot measure that would raise toll on bridges, except for the Golden Gate, by 3 dollars over the next few years.  KCBS Radio and Chronicle Insider Phil Matier says early polls show mixed reactions.
