Governor Jerry Brown took an opportunity during his final State of the State speech to once again promote the state's high speed rail project. The Governor noted that the Golden Gate Bridge and BART also had a fair amount of detractors when they were proposed. KCBS Radio and Chronicle Insider Phil Matier says support for the project seems to be dwindling.
