The number of Covid-19 cases appear to be on the rise once again, with San Francisco health officials saying the positive test rate is back up to five percent. This comes as a federal judge tossed out a mask mandate on public transit earlier this week.  Meanwhile, officials in Los Angeles issued a new mask mandate for public transit effective today.
