KCBS Radio and Chronicle Insider Phil Matier discusses the war of words between Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf and federal officials which flared up again today, as U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions visited Sacramento. Speaking at a peace officers Association conference, Sessions announced a lawsuit against the state over three laws protecting people who are in the country illegally. He also singled out Schaaf, for warning immigrants about ICE raids.
