Several United States Congressmen have recently announced their resignations and retirements in the face of sexual harassment accusations. KCBS, KPIX-5, and Chronicle Insider Phil Matier and former Mayor Willie Brown discuss what the effects are to both sides when the accusations come, sometimes many years after the incident occurred.  They also talk about what the possible electoral effects of these resignations and retirements might be.
