Authorities in Bucks County say police shot and killed a knife-wielding man in Northampton Township Sunday night. A cop was also hurt in the incident. Funeral services were Monday for Bernard Gribbin, the SEPTA bus driver who was shot and killed last month while on his route in Germantown. SEPTA is advising riders that delays are likely, especially on bus routes, as many workers will be attending the services.Tomorrow is Election Day, and it has some pretty big consequences. It will determine Philadelphia's leadership for the next four years, as voters choose the mayor and all of city council. We have a look at the races.On Monday evening, the rebuilt permanent section of I-95 in Tacony will be opening for traffic, just five months after it collapsed on a tanker truck fire that killed driver Nathaniel Moody. Crews were able to get six temporary lanes up and running 12 days after the crash.The Philadelphia Jewish Film and Media Festival takes place from Nov. 11 through Nov. 18, with a pre-festival event on Wednesday. The Israeli-Hamas war has cast a pall over this year's festival.
