The Philadelphia man who was accused of "hunting down" and killing his girlfriend just hours after she had filed a protection from abuse has pleaded guilty in a negotiated deal with prosecutors. Her family called him a coward as he walked out to face at least three decades in prison.Citing a dearth of applicants, Gov.
