Another crash involving a SEPTA vehicle — this time a car ran a red light and hit a trolley, derailing it, in West Philadelphia. Police arrested the driver. The trolley operator and three passengers had minor injuries. This is the sixth incident involving a SEPTA vehicle over the last few weeks.New FDA guidelines for blood donors in LGBTQ+ communities are starting to be implemented. This means that some people will be able to donate blood after decades of being denied. Philadelphia Police are investigating what they call "a suspicious death."
