The Bucks County D-A’s office announces charges against a Kentucky man accused of sex trafficking a 13-year-old girl.
Authorities say he met the girl on Snapchat, threatened her family, then used an app to arrange sexual encounters between her and two men in Bucks County, while he watched online and recorded it. KYW Suburban Bureau Chief Jim Melwert reports.
