A 24-year-old Philadelphia man has been charged with homicide in connection to four fatal shootings in the last month. Police say every homicide is connected to domestic relationships. Philadelphia police officials have arrested three men, accused of killing a 67-year-old gas station clerk in Tacony during an attempted to robbery last Tuesday. Chiheam Jones, 38, Robert Miller-Crafter, 25, and Keyon Vincent, 21, are facing charges including murder, robbery, firearm violations, and other offenses. Federal officers seized a shipment of 18 candles at the Port of Philadelphia, saying they say were stuffed with illegal ketamine, also known as "Special K."The U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania unsealed a 42-count indictment accusing three brothers from Montgomery County of running health care scams, bilking the government out millions of dollars. Thirteen people from Philadelphia, including 11 juveniles, are charged in a string of smash-and-grab burglaries at suburban gun shops. Only about one-third of the 93 stolen firearms have been recovered.
