Bicyclists will pedal from the Art Museum to City Hall Friday night, calling for protected bike lanes on every street in the city. The group Philly Bike Action has been planning this protest for a while, but it comes just two days after one of their members, 67-year-old Harry Fenton, was struck and killed in a hit-and-run in Fairmount Park.
