Former municipal court judge Pat Dugan announced this afternoon (Saturday) that he will be running as a candidate for District attorney on the GOP ticket in the November general election.
Dugan, lost to incumbent Larry Krasner in May's Democratic primary....
He's allowed to run as a Republican because of the number of write in votes according to a statement from his campaign.

A man is dead following a shooting last (FRI) night in the city's Lawncrest section.
It happened around 11:45 on the 500 block of Alcott Street, near Rising Sun Avenue.
Police tell our partners at NBC-10 that three armed men got out of a white Jeep Grand Cherokee and opened fire, hitting one man in the chest.
He was taken to Einstein Medical Center, where he died minutes later.
Police are also investigating a possible connection with another shooting hours earlier — that also involved a white Jeep Grand Cherokee.
