Yes, the Democrats presented a bill to make you vote called Civic Duty To Vote Act. If you don't vote then you will be charged a $20 civic penalty fee. If you can't pay that you must do 1 hour of community service.

We have to accept the harsh reality. Many in our community are lost. We must let them go at this point.

When you come to a new country you befriend people that live in that country. You learn about the country. What are the do's and don'ts of that said country. You don't go to a new country and separate yourself from the very people that can save your life.
