The Heart Chakra is the center of it all, literally.

Its where we manifest from, it's our connection to Source Energy, it's our light for our purpose and so much more.

Healing the Root Chakra

Physical - Grounding meditation daily, getting outside and connected to Mother Earth, and move your body as in yoga.

Mental - Affirm using any of the following phrases and make up your own that charge the emotional state.

I am allowing, willing, open, receiving or in the flow of.

Then use any of the following words to complete the sentence.

Abundance, trust, safety, security, connection etc.

ex: "I am allowing abundance to into my life"Emotional - Deep belly breathing, focus on the root chakra (base of the spine) getting Mother Earth Energy. Call back all your energy from your mental tabs being open. Call back your attention that is on the problems, worries, and to do's.

Focus on this red disc being balanced, clean and clear.

Healing the physical body is not accessed outside of you. Medication numbs the nervous system so you don't feel the pain, but it does NOT address the underlying issue of why the pain is there in the first place.

You are not feeling pain simply because you are older. You are feeling pain because Life Force Energy is not flowing freely through your body. You have blocked energy flow that is building up pressure after all these years and now feeling the pain from that blocked energy.

Get your journal out as we talk about in today's episode how to heal the physical body and get back to feel great with peace of mind.

Steps to healing:

1. Go into the pain

2. Feel the pain

3. Describe the pain

4. Comfort the pain

5. Release the pain

6. Bring in healing to continue to heal from the pain

Steps to setting positive intentions.

1. ground yourself into Mother Earth

2. Connect to Source Energy with the positive emotion you want to feel

3. Set the intention for the day using that emotion as long as you can feel it in your body. If you can't then choose another word that gets you charged up.

4. Release it into the energy field and go about your day. IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING IT or find you are going back into your negitive mindset, then turn to CURIOUSITY about the subject to toss some more positive emotions on the day. "Hmmmmm.... I'm curious how this day will show itself to me."
