We will discuss why forging genuine connections with others plays a crucial role in our happiness, how we can build said connections in the new digital landscape; and importantly, the importance of establishing boundaries for yourself against the constant wave of information and content.
This is a very insightful episode about keeping ourselves balanced for our mental health, so please make sure to give it a listen!
