In this Physical Friday segment, Tom shares a quick travel workout that can be done anywhere, even without a deck of cards. The workout involves marking off 10 yards and doing one exercise on each side, such as burpees and pushups. Starting with 10 reps of one exercise, you run to the other side, do 10 reps of the other exercise, and run back. Then you do 9 reps of the first exercise, and continue counting down until you've completed the workout.
This workout is an excellent way to get your heart rate up and work multiple muscle groups at once, without needing much equipment. Burpees are a great full-body exercise that combines cardio, strength, and endurance, while push-ups help build upper body strength. Alternating between these two exercises can keep the workout challenging and engaging. Pick the best exercises for you and share your progress!
