From a label helping me cope with suicidal thoughts to the lack of a label leading to years of confusion, we go into the personal details of how labels have influenced our lives.

Our mind seems to become active, and our anxieties seem to increase at night. My latest poll on Instagram showed that 82% of my followers' negative thoughts peak before bed. With the help of a lot of research, I created this guided relaxation to calm our bodies and minds in the evening. Unlike the effortless, mantra-based practice that I teach that is tremendously energizing and not ideal late at night, this audio recording was created to sustain deep relaxation that is perfect for before bed.
