Since I last spoke to you I've been to four festivals in six weeks. Whew! What I'm noticing from this experience is that I don't feel like a different person when I leave a festival to come back into the Matrix, or what you might call 'the real world'. It's been a wild ride for the last 14 years, ever since I had the pleasure of spending some time in Lion's Gate Acute Psych Ward.During that time of psychosis/spiritual awakening I saw my psyche from the inside out, and I was terrified by it. But I've since learned how to venture into multi-dimensional reality again, but this time with presence and grounding.In this episode, I also explore sexual fantasies (and how they can be useful), my desire for an heart-opened, truthful, extraordinary relationship with a man who knows himself, loves himself and honours himself, and the fear that has been preventing me from accessing that kind of relationship.
