I am so excited to be able to make this happen.

After 2 years of running Guided Meditation and Reiki groups and being asked often when I would make a CD of my meditations. I thought I’d go one better and put them onto a PODCAST!!!!

All you will need to do is go to your podcast app on your phone, search Guided Meditation Podcast and ADD me to your favourite’s list.

That way each week when I load a new meditation it will automatically pop into your phone’s podcast app without having to lift a finger.
