On the Big K Morning Show, AccuWeather's Dean DeVore said he expects 2-4 inches of snow and it'll be windy and cold through Saturday. Real Feel temperatures will be below zero at times.

AccuWeather's Dean DeVore says temperatures will rise into the 30s and 40s on Monday and Tuesday.

The combination of snow and low temperatures are having a big impact on the commute. Drivers are reporting slick conditions throughout the Pittsburgh area. Even though there's very little snow on the ground, the roads freeze up quickly in these conditions. If you hit the brakes and your vehicle starts sliding, here's what to do:

On the Big K Mornnig Show, Jim Clair of Ultimate Defensive Driving said even though salt crews were out early, road salt isn't as effective when the temperature dips below 20 degrees.

Buffalo residents grabbed their shovels overnight to clear out Highmark Stadium. News Radio KDKA's Suzie Cool has more:

Governor Josh Shapiro is celebrating a major win for local business but, as NewsRadio KDKA's Shelby Cassesse reports, there's still work to do:

Earlier this week, Shapiro announced Excelitas Technologies will move it's headquarters to from Massachusetts to the Strip District. Still - he tells the Big K Morning Show Pennsylvania has long been at a disadvantage in attracting out of state business - but he feels the tides are turning. 

He has an Action Team dedicated specifically to assist businesses considering a new home in Pennsylvania.

Not many power outages in Allegheny and Beaver counties after Tuesday's storm. But that's not the case in Westmoreland County, where 3300 Penn Power customers are without service. The highest gusts hit Westmoreland yesterday, reaching 68 miles per hour. In Allegheny County, top winds reached 49 miles an hour. As of 10 a.m.,Fayette County has over 1300 outages, about 220 in Washington County.

That's Get Marty Director Patrick O'Connor on his way to work here at Foster Plaza. Just one example of the conditions commuters are confronted with this morning. About an inch of snow fell around 5 a.m. followed by a mix of rain, freezing rain and snow. A Wind Advisory is in effect until 7 p.m.

There's new information about Astrobotic's Peregrine lunar mission. The Pittsburgh-based company says there's been an anomaly. In an update, Astrobotic says Peregrine successfully separated from the rocket, and was receiving telemetry. Avionics, propulsion and other systems powered on and that's when the anomaly occurred. Astrobotic says the glitch is preventing a stable orientation. The company says it will offer updates as data is analyzed.
