Hi! I’m Jennifer Whalen, a Christian Life Breakthrough Coach for women. 

After overcoming years of abuse, an eating disorder, and depression, God is using my furnace story to Encourage, Equip and Empower women.  

In this podcast, I will encourage and equip you to:

~ Set healthy boundaries so that you can overcome the “doormat” mentality

~ Learn to build your confidence using the practical tools that I personally have used to overcome my past. 

~ Be encouraged and know that you are not alone and you can walk in confidence and use your own furnace story to create the future that God has for you.
